北京市朝阳区小碗的家，与先生楽哥及刚上幼稚园的小孩一起幸福地生活在这里。空间自然温柔，各个区域通透联结。精心挑选的物件各自成趣却又表现出化零为整的和谐，释放出东方禅意的松弛感，从而转换为可触感的精神能量。设计初期，长久的陪伴相处形成了对新空间一致的审美及功能需求，比如：热爱茶道（一种生活态度，以及体现了东方人文化精神与审美倾向的表达方式）、收藏瓷器（物品都有自己的故事，留存它们亦是丰富自己），热爱大自然（来自地球的教诲，唯有通过五感，才能获得生之喜悦），足够的收纳（房子是生活的容器，物件可以多，但是不能够杂）。原始户型相比北京很多房子算较优越，南北通透，明厨明卫，以及错层的客餐厅结构。结构无大硬伤，只是在空间功能及需求细分时，还是存在些许问题。 改造前： 1.入户玄关封闭狭窄，无鞋柜放置区域 2.客厅电视墙被入户动线切割，空间属性不齐备 3.客厅与餐厅之间的过厅存在空间浪费 4.公共卫生间面积局促 5.一间次卧无法满足包含储物、书房、睡眠等多功能需求 6.主卧无法在满足充裕储物的同时，动线、卫生间也足够宽敞 改造后: 1.原始入户门更换，保证足够尺度的空间，选择较薄的鞋柜兼玄关柜，满足日常鞋物收纳 2.利用整排电视系统柜+移门的形式，将原本分割开的客厅与过厅，左右连接到一起 3.将原始浪费的过厅空间，抬高部分下沉区域与餐厅齐平，扩宽餐厅比例，满足多人聚餐的需求 4.南阳台打开，设置地台，独立开放式茶室，满足每日品茶爱好，并就近考虑排水与取水，设置mini水吧区 5.最大化拆除厨房隔墙，利用玻璃折叠门与移门引入更多光线，另将餐厅与生活阳台形成可开合又互不影响的状态 6.对主卧、公卫及多功能房的动线重新梳理，原始过道转换为有效利用空间，划分填充至各个空间，优化原始结构的功能不足，满足两人的每一项入住需求
The family of Xiaowan, Chaoyang District, Beijing, lives happily with Rakugo and a child who has just entered a kindergarten. The space is natural and gentle, and each area is transparent and connected. The carefully selected objects are individually interesting, yet show the harmony of the whole, releasing the relaxation of Eastern Zen, which is transformed into a palpable spiritual energy. At the beginning of the design, the long-term companionship formed a consistent aesthetic and functional demand for the new space, such as: Love tea ceremony (an attitude towards life, as well as an expression that reflects the spirit of Oriental culture and aesthetic tendencies), collection of porcelain (objects have their own stories, and preserving them is also to enrich themselves), love nature (teachings from the earth, only through the five senses, can get the joy of life), enough storage (house is a container of life, objects can be more than one. But not miscellaneous). Compared with many houses in Beijing, the original apartment type is superior, with north-south permeability, bright kitchen and bright sanitation, and split-level guest restaurant structure. There is no major damage to the structure, but there are still some problems when the spatial function and demand are subdivided.
