本案为设计师服务过的业主新购置的一套私人住宅，基于原居所过于空旷，缺乏聚合的生活气息。于是在设计之初，业主便希望新居能贴合当前的人生阶段，从而呈现一个气质恒久的私人空间。 这也与设计师的理念不谋而合：“设计应当是恒久的，在经过很长一段岁月后空间仍然要具有耐看的质感以及符合居住者品味格调的氛围。“于是设计师以此出发，尊重场地精神，融合当代美学，去营造厚重、沉淀、舒适的体验感知。 餐桌与客厅在空间中相互联立，彼此照应，从而展现出自然的互动关系。以原木作为主材，搭配浅色家具，找寻松弛感的同时，梳理空间脉络，实现艺术与生活的完美融合。 作为入室的第一眼存在，西厨的设计串联起整个空间脉络，提供了更为便利的洄游动线，成为除客厅以外的另一个待客中心。其中厨与以岛台连接，成为操作时的辅助，合理规划功能分区的同时，亦能增加储物和收纳的空间。 在弥漫空间中，物质被打散，意境和情感成为空间的主导。于是在内室建构中，引入镂空屏风，以绿植布景。所见之处，以高度饱和的情绪拉近人与物的关系，形成舒适且自由的场景体验。 为塑造环境的厚重沉淀感，符合居住者的品味调性，设计师在墙面，房门，地板，以及区域连接处均使用了高级建材柚木来渲染空间格调。其细致纹理与得天独厚的中古风韵足以承载时间的更迭，并传递出历久弥新的观赏价值。这种包容的美学亦可嫁接于茶室所带来温润质感。被折叠的松园野林，微缩进具象的实体空间中，仍有返璞归真的隐逸之美。 茶室与客厅的转换，取用”隐而不避“的表现手法。光线透过孔隙串联起空间秩序，穿透的形式产生虚实相生的变化效果，室与室之间赋予流动的温性，场力在分隔又连续的属性中渗透。在效果的呈现上，保障隐私性的同时延伸空间的层次感，实现移步借景的需要。 直线作为最简单的几何元素，简洁而富有力量，象征着标准，稳定和不可动摇。硬朗的棱角，平行的走向，给予空间流畅的观感。无论是门扇，橱柜，都被隐于立体的场景流线中，在规整的体块下，彰显空间井然有序的美学。 以白与灰构建卧室柔韧的格调，整体的铺排摆放呈现恰达好处的舒适。从整体格局观望，卧室空间是与公共区域相连，面积丰盈之时，空间尺度打开，甚至还能置入一处梳妆台，使功能更为丰富。 设计师以当代人的生活方式为考量，在主卧设计上打破传统布局，使用了双套系的概念。因人而异的相处之道和不对称的作息规律，使这一功能保留了人性化的居住意义。而在效果的呈现上，不仅得到耳目一新的观感，亦提供了独立的居住空间，从而实现高质量的睡眠环境。 永恒之中，珍藏着生活的浪漫与热爱 步步考究，空间溯回 芳华的时间流里，是亘古不变的雅致。
This case is a newly purchased private residence by a homeowner who has served as a designer, based on the fact that the original residence was too spacious and lacked a cohesive living atmosphere. So at the beginning of the design, the homeowner hoped that the new home could fit the current stage of life, presenting a timeless private space. This also coincides with the designer's philosophy: "The design should be long-lasting, and after a long period of time, the space should still have a durable texture and an atmosphere that conforms to the taste and style of the residents." Therefore, the designer starts from this, respects the spirit of the venue, integrates contemporary aesthetics, and creates a sense of heaviness, precipitation, and comfort. The dining table and living room are interconnected and correspond to each other in the space, thus exhibiting a natural interactive relationship. Using logs as the main material, paired with light colored furniture, while seeking a sense of relaxation, the space is organized to achieve a perfect integration of art and life. As the first appearance of entering the room, the design of the Western Kitchen connects the entire spatial context, providing a more convenient migration route and becoming another hospitality center in addition to the living room. The kitchen is connected to an island platform, serving as an auxiliary during operation. While reasonably planning functional zoning, it can also increase storage and storage space. In the diffuse space, matter is dispersed, and artistic conception and emotions become the dominant factors in the space. So in the construction of the interior, hollow screens were introduced to create a greenery setting. Where seen, the highly saturated emotions bring people and objects closer together, creating a comfortable and free scene experience. In order to create a thick and sedentary environment that conforms to the taste and tone of the residents, the designer has used advanced building materials such as teak wood on the walls, doors, floors, and regional connections to enhance the spatial style. Its delicate texture and unique medieval charm are sufficient to carry the changes of time and convey the enduring value of appreciation. This inclusive aesthetic can also be grafted onto the warm texture brought by the tea room. The folded pine groves and wild forests, shrunk into concrete physical space, still have the beauty of returning to simplicity and seclusion. The transformation between the tea room and the living room adopts a technique of "hidden yet unavoidable" expression. Light connects the spatial order through the pores, creating a virtual and real transformation effect through penetration. The flow of warmth between rooms is endowed, and the field force permeates through the attributes of separation and continuity. In the presentation of the effect, privacy is guaranteed while extending the sense of hierarchy of the space, achieving the need for moving and borrowing scenery. As the simplest geometric element, straight lines are concise and powerful, symbolizing standards, stability, and unshakability. The hard edges and parallel directions give a smooth impression of the space. Whether it's door leaves or cabinets, they are hidden in the three-dimensional scene streamline, showcasing the aesthetics of orderly space under the regular blocks. The bedroom is constructed with a flexible style of white and gray, and the overall layout presents just the right amount of comfort. From the perspective of the overall layout, the bedroom space is connected to the public area. When the area is abundant, the spatial scale is opened, and even a dressing table can be placed, making the functions more diverse. The designer takes the lifestyle of contemporary people as a consideration and breaks the traditional layout in the master bedroom design, using the concept of double sets. The unique ways of getting along with each other and the asymmetrical patterns of daily routines preserve the humanized meaning of living in this function. In terms of the presentation of the effect, it not only provides a refreshing appearance, but also provides an independent living space, thereby achieving a high-quality sleep environment.
