适老化设计是否只适用于老人群体？也许，所谓的适老化设计更多地体现的是一种关怀，一种对需求的关注。它不仅适用于老人房的改造，在各个年龄段的住宅空间设计中都可以体现出这种对人的无微不至的关怀。去年年初，我们接到了这个老人房改造的项目委托。业主是一位同在建筑行业工作的女士，期望给母亲置换一套养老的住所。这个房子，我们深知，不仅是承载屋主日常生活的容器，也寄托了女儿对母亲深沉的爱。 我们利用原玄关过道形成双边厨房，同时形成了干湿分离的明卫。根据老人的生活习惯与需求，细心地为其设计了阳台洗烘与晾晒区、卧室双衣橱空间，并规划一处叠衣区，方便老人整理衣物。同时在设计中我们从始至终贯穿适老化的设计需求，如全屋柜体转角圆弧处理，防止老人磕碰；全屋主要通道保证轮椅通行宽度；全屋智能灯光与起夜灯设计；卫生间等其他空间适老化设计。 去繁求简，大面积的墙面留白搭配橡木色柜体家具辅以点缀，让阳光装满整个屋子，让绿植去书写岁月静好。客餐厅与卧室区域采取全屋木地板设计，温暖且质朴。圆弧设计元素的引入, 全屋柜体在转角处做了圆弧处理，不仅让空间更流动、更温柔，同时也提高了老人磕绊的安全性。 卧室是纯净的白色调，辅以温暖、干净的白橡木点缀。白色能更好地反射阳光，晴天时阳光满屋。为方便老人整理衣服，我们设置了一处叠衣区，老人可以在此台面上整理衣物，累了也可以坐下来休息。 卫生间地面选择白色马赛克瓷砖用以防滑。我们预留了多处墙面扶手，以保证老人淋浴与便溺时的安全。玻璃推拉门既节省空间，也具有一定的透光性，让湿区内部也能有一定的自然采光。

At the beginning of last year, we received a commission for the renovation of this elderly housing project. The owner is a woman who works in the construction industry and hopes to exchange a retirement home for her mother. This house, as we all know, not only serves as a container for the owner's daily life, but also embodies the daughter's deep love for her mother. We used the original hallway to form a bilateral kitchen, while also forming a restroom with natural lighting which separates the dry and wet . According to the living habits and needs of the elderly, a balcony washing and drying area, a double -wardrobe bedroom space, and a clothing stacking area have been carefully designed for them to organize their clothes. At the same time, we have implemented the design requirements of aging resistance throughout the design, such as treating the corners of the entire cabinet body with circular arcs to prevent collisions among the elderly; Ensure the width of wheelchair access through the main passages of the entire house; Design of intelligent lighting and night lights throughout the house; Other spaces such as bathrooms are designed for aging. Eliminating complexity and seeking simplicity, the large area of the wall is left blank with oak colored cabinet furniture to complement embellishments, allowing sunlight to fill the entire room and green plants to write about the tranquility of time. The dining room and bedroom areas adopt a full house wooden floor design, which is warm and rustic. Introduction of arc design elements, the entire cabinet body in the house has been curved at the corners, not only making the space more flowing and gentle, but also improving the safety of elderly people when stumbling. The bedroom has a pure white tone, complemented by warm and clean white oak accents. White can better reflect sunlight, and on sunny days, sunlight fills the house. To facilitate the elderly in organizing their clothes, we have set up a folding area where they can organize their clothes and sit down to rest when they are tired. Choose white mosaic tiles for the bathroom floor to prevent slipping. We have reserved multiple wall handrails to ensure the safety of elderly people during showering and defecation. Glass sliding doors not only save space, but also have a certain degree of transparency, allowing for natural lighting inside the wet area.
