一口是细腻温润 一口是活色生香 用料扎实是习惯 像《浮生六记》里的文人生活 把”粗茶淡饭“也做出精致，是讲究... 以西方人眼中的中国文化为视角，将在地的闽南观戏文化融入其中，结合《指较》品牌定位及品牌元素，以中西交融、古典与现代去碰撞出东方新摩登的视觉味蕾好戏,开始一场中西对撞的CHINAART美食空间之旅... 传统的龙虾餐厅给人的感觉是市井，是地道，而我们更希望将《指较》打造成一个与众不同的精致型餐饮品牌，呈现一个完全不同的差异化视觉，为食客带来一种全新的互动体验. 我们在深度调研市场和品牌后，提出了【闽南观戏文化】的设计策略，这也是寸匠熊猫NANA板块的宗旨——策略先行，我们改变了龙虾传统的吃法，将带有市井气的龙虾料理变成更符合当下年轻人喜爱的体验式饮食文化，融入服务设计的理念，通过沉浸式互动的方式赋予食物和空间精致感. 一场东方的摩登好戏缓缓拉开序幕。 01好戏开场 赋予空间一种电影的场景感 空间中的人即是观戏的人 也是故事的呈现者 ——《CUN PANDA NANA》 食客从门前，便开始等候入戏。 我们提炼龙虾的形体，形成专属《指较》的“龙虾纹”，在门前的新艺术运动风格的吊灯上，赋予品牌自身的独特性与标示性。顶上暖色的灯光，营造出神秘的开场氛围。 寸匠熊猫NANA改变传统的开门交互形式，增加沉浸式的感官体验，让观众在门前的“龙虾电话”上摁下预约码，当拨通达利的超现实“龙虾电话”,旋转大门开启，大幕拉开，会进入到怎样的异次味蕾世界呢？ 进入前厅，墙面的龙虾暗纹在“戏台”灯光的折射下，发出淡淡的金光。转身进入观众台，空间豁然开朗。 02好戏上演 用极致细节致敬传奇的东方美学 ——《CUN PANDA NANA》 寸匠熊猫NANA将闽南的观戏概念植入空间，将观戏的前景、中景、背景的戏剧元素具象化在空间,形成指较的室内主空间，呈现出一番独特的中式美学气质。 前景是食客正前方的动态LED屏。大屏播放品牌宣传片、动态影片、主题大片... 随着内容的需求可随意切换不同的场景氛围.互动大屏的不断变化，也是不断带给食客新的体验，创造不同场景体验，犹如一幕幕电影场景轮番登台. 中景是空间中央屹立的龙虾钳装置。以龙虾钳为原型，化为科幻现实主义的流动形态，金黄的金属面上映射空间中的浮光掠影，食客透过流动的洞口，瞧见闪闪烁烁的画面。 食客落座于当代美学下中式气质的圆桌方椅，以装置为中心，围绕四周，充满中国笔墨气息的趣味渔夫灯照亮了场域与食物，同时当吊灯摇晃时，其独特的光影设计又营造出江南渔船悠悠晃晃的私宴小调... 背景是包围的墙面，两侧暗金色的龙虾纹理铺满黑色的墙面，在光影的加持下与整体色调融合出低奢的空间质感，后方是可开可合的中式镂空折叠门造型，形成灵活的场域，二者共同构成了观戏文化的后景。于是古代富人观戏的贵族场景逐步成形... 食客身在其中，好戏已上演... ... 由洗手台、酒柜及出餐口三大功能构成的服务动线，由暗门隔绝，将功能区隐藏在内，只露出了精致的洗手池，在立面视觉上保持干净整洁。 03换场好戏： 随戏换景 转台换景 室内与室外的好戏换景 ——《CUN PANDA NANA》 室内是精致，是文化，是精心雕琢. 室外是潮流，是探索，是别出心裁. 室外的就餐空间，我们希望是潮流与艺术的，我们更喜欢称它为一场小型的艺术临展。 通往户外露台就餐的入口处，我们设置了一扇虚化的入口，采用透明的亚克力，虚实结合，以无意识的内在活动引导有意识的行为，摇响铃铛，走过门洞，开启另一段观戏之旅...... 我们采用统一的设计手法与单一材料，建造可变化的“展厅”形态。 采用脚手架搭建整体框架，用高透明度的亚克力板做空间分隔，以灵活拆卸组装的方式，结合灯光的色彩变换，空间既隔绝视线，又营造私密感，起到隔而不断的观感.。塑造不同的场景感和体验感，给室外就餐带来更多可能性。 为探寻一种更为新奇且意境感的就餐体验，我们在钢架上设计了雾化喷嘴，当薄薄的水雾缓缓释放，解暑降温的同时，营造出如观戏舞台般的效果，让观戏人也为戏中人...... 04好戏流转 我们希望送到食客手中的产品 都是优质的 ——《CUN PANDA NANA》 不同的客群有不同的需求，桌位是有限的，体验是有限的，我们也希望提供给外卖客户更好的服务. 05 闭幕回味 戏内戏外 百转千回 精神和味蕾总有一个得到满足 ——《CUN PANDA NANA》 以现代简洁的相框做外卖的出餐口，极具标示性和审美性。顶部的雨棚，打开时，可以遮雨遮阳，关闭时，是一副画面，可暗藏. 右侧的LED 屏幕，播放当季菜单和品牌宣传片。我们将外卖窗口做的更加服务性，底部放置了共享充电宝、自助水杯，提供给外卖人员及过往行人贴心的服务，也以此塑造品牌的外在形象。 一场味蕾的观戏之旅...味觉、嗅觉、视觉多重沉浸式体验，带来媒体传播效应. 寸匠熊猫NANA认为好的商业展示应该是一种高效率的传播手段，能有效的传递品牌的产品信息.用设计融入当代生活，营造属于空间的调性，品味和趣味. 以消费者为立足点和出发点，掌握消费者的心理和偏好，分析和把握其需求和心理，寻求产品在市场中的最佳定位.
