枝恩是一家传统的法式甜品品牌，以社区店为主。委托人希望以温柔的表达去接待每一位客人，项目对于委托人而言更像是自己的家，而非一个商业品牌。在设计中，我们舍去了很多商业角度的表达，以简单的体块关系配合丰富的材质质感，营造出温柔的法式会客厅。空间分为上下两层，以阵列的拱形门洞做区域及功能划分。拱门门洞内为操作、楼梯等功能区；拱门门洞外为会客区。内外门洞通过错层的方式丰富体块层次和细节。同时简化传统法式装饰。在柜台和座位等木作部分将法式装饰的骨架用现代化语言简洁表达。空间材质以灰泥、桦木、莱姆石、洞石、砂岩等质感较为柔和的材质为主，与产品和品牌气质相融合，共同表达着希望传递的空间情绪。
Zhen En is a traditional French dessert brand, primarily focused on community stores. The client wishes to greet each customer with a gentle approach, viewing the project more as their own home rather than a commercial brand. In the design, many commercial aspects have been discarded in favor of simple spatial relationships complemented by rich material textures, creating a gentle French-style parlour atmosphere. The space is divided into two levels, with arched doorways arranged to delineate areas and functions. The interior of the arched doorways serves as functional areas such as operations and stairs, while the exterior serves as a reception area. By staggered placement, the inner and outer doorways enrich the spatial hierarchy and details. Traditional French decor is also simplified. The wooden elements such as the counter and seating express the framework of French decoration in a concise manner using modern language. The spatial materials primarily consist of softer textures such as plaster, birch wood, limestone, cave stone, and sandstone, blending with the products and brand temperament to collectively convey the desired spatial emotions.
