好的室内设计，从居住功能与生活体验的本质出发，又赋予空间在功能之上的审美价值与情绪能量。 本案作为市中心寸土寸金的核心区排屋项目，如何利用室内空间的结构特点，并尽可能扩大有限的景观资源的价值，是设计师思考的重点。方案中，室内公共空间被尽可能打开和立体化，将自然光线与景观共享，各功能空间在视觉上通透宽敞并互为背景。在材质方面，综合运用了布艺、皮革、金属、石材、自然肌理的涂料等，营造充满现代感、自然感而又质朴放松的空间感受，希冀打造一个精致自然兼有浪漫气质的现代主义住宅。
Good interior design starts from the essence of residential function and life experience, and endows space with aesthetic value and emotional energy beyond its function. As a core area townhouse project in the city center where every inch of land is valuable, how to utilize the structural characteristics of indoor space and maximize the value of limited landscape resources is the focus of the designer's thinking. In the plan, indoor public spaces are opened up and three-dimensional as much as possible, sharing natural light with the landscape. Each functional space is visually transparent and spacious, and serves as a background for each other. In terms of materials, a combination of fabric, leather, metal, stone, and natural textured coatings are used to create a modern, natural, yet simple and relaxing spatial experience, hoping to create a refined, natural, and romantic modernist residence.
