本案位于南京长江路，屋主是一位文化学者。作为屋主的临时居所兼顾“雅集”的属性，具有一定的开放性，满足空间基本的生活功能即可。 更注重为空间创造互动性，打破封闭感，为好友聚会提供自然之感。于是模拟户外自然景观，空间自由散布“竹林”，将石子围绕着室内，使空间的边界感变得更加模糊。 一楼门厅向内到达水吧区以及餐厅，可作为临时的小型聚会区域。为了空间的整体性，将电器设备整合在白色柜体之中，满足屋主正常简餐生活需求。 客厅设计木质台与坐塌结合，既提供休息场所，又满足举行小型聚会的需求，自由而坐，保留魏晋风度。 沿着楼梯，黑色楼梯与书架相融，创造出独特且实用的空间。同时，为了扩大空间张力，去掉二楼部分楼板，形成挑空区域，墙面清水混凝土延伸至屋顶。 二楼空间兼顾休息、娱乐和社交的多功能区域。宽敞而舒适的塌塌米区域，以软垫和亲近自然的布料为基础，营造轻松惬意的氛围，创造适合不同聚会形式的环境，使空间更富有包容性。
This case is located in Nanjing Changjiang Road, the owner is a cultural scholar. As a temporary residence for the owner, the space has the attribute of ‘elegant gathering’, with a certain degree of openness to satisfy the basic living function of the space. More emphasis is placed on creating interactivity in the space, breaking the sense of closure and providing a sense of nature for the gathering of friends. Thus, simulating the outdoor natural landscape, the space is freely scattered with ‘bamboo forests’, and the stones are surrounded by the interior, making the boundary of the space more blurred. The ground floor foyer leads inwards to the water bar area and the dining room, which can be used as a temporary small gathering area. For the sake of spatial integrity, the electrical equipment is integrated into the white cabinets to meet the needs of the homeowner's normal simple dining life. The living room is designed with a combination of wooden table and sitting collapse, providing a resting place as well as meeting the needs of holding small gatherings, sitting freely and retaining the Wei Jin style. Along the staircase, the black staircase blends with the bookshelf, which can create a unique and practical space. At the same time, in order to expand the spatial tension, part of the first floor slab is removed to create an open area, with walls of clear water concrete extending to the roof. The first floor space is a multi-functional area for rest, entertainment and socialising. The spacious and cosy collapsed rice area, with upholstery and nature-friendly fabrics, creates a relaxing atmosphere, creating an environment suitable for different forms of gatherings and making the space more inclusive.
