Ningbo Xikangyun Hospital 宁波熙康云医院
国内首个城市云医院平台--熙康云医院的办公及门诊部,毗邻宁波月湖风景区。民国时期历史建筑,三进院落式布局。设计希望通过“建筑、庭院、“云”医院、在地性”这四个特色,营造出别具一格的人文艺术健康空间。
首先,遵循“修旧如旧”的原则,对原建筑群进行了细致的修复。重点修缮原木结构,拆除了几经租赁改造的现代构架,恢复古建的门窗,让自然光线和通风重新激活空间,并与院子形成互动关系。
其次,分析建筑、阳光、室内外等关系,结合云医院特殊功能,合理布局各功能区。在提升室内空间的明亮度、保温隔热、隔音等方面做了大量改善措施。设计师在部分区域进行了吊顶,并将空调设备暗藏其中。而后在装饰面层上,选择性的保留了原始建筑中的木构架屋顶,青砖和毛石,与新建的隔墙等巧妙融合,创造出古今交融的空间感。地面铺设的青石,其色差仿佛水墨画,营造出山水之间的意境。在灯光设计上,点光源与柔和灯带光源相结合,准确满足了空间照明需求;同时,屋顶檩条夹缝内的灯带烘托出木构架屋顶,使古建氛围更加透气、明亮、温暖。
最后,整体软装艺术陈设,以“生命与自然、时间与空间”为主题,结合品牌VI及属性进行艺术演绎。原创艺术装置,推荐的艺术家作品等都希望人们在空间行走时,能感受到温暖与能量以及独一无二的企业文化。
整体项目展现设计对传统文化、历史建筑的尊重和对新型医疗空间需求的深刻理解,用人文艺术将熙康云医院打造成融合文化历史、医疗关怀和科技未来的典范空间。
The first domestic urban cloud hospital platform - Xikang Cloud Hospital's office and outpatient department, is located near the Yuehu scenic area in Ningbo. The historical building from the Republican period, with a three-progress courtyard layout, was restored in accordance with the principle of "restoring the old as it was." The original wooden structure was carefully restored, and the modern framework that had been rented and modified several times was removed, restoring the original windows and doors to allow natural light and ventilation to revive the space and create an interactive relationship with the courtyard.
Secondly, the design analyzed the relationships between the building, sunlight, indoors and outdoors, and combined the special functions of the cloud hospital to rationally arrange the functional areas. A large number of improvement measures were made to improve the brightness, thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation of the indoor space. The designer installed suspended ceilings in some areas and concealed the air conditioning equipment within them. Then, the decorative surface layer was selected to retain the original wooden structure roof, blue bricks and rough stones, which were skillfully integrated with the new partition walls, creating a sense of fusion between the old and the new. The bluestone floor laid out creates a sense of landscape, as if the color difference were a watercolor painting. The lighting design combines point light sources and soft light strip light sources to accurately meet the space lighting needs; at the same time, the light strip on the roof beam joints highlights the wooden structure roof, making the ancient building atmosphere more breathable, bright and warm.
Finally, the overall soft art decoration and display, with the theme of "life and nature, time and space," combines the brand VI and attributes for artistic interpretation. Original art installations, recommended artist works, etc. are all designed to enable people to feel warmth and energy as well as the unique corporate culture when walking through the space.
The overall project showcases the design's respect for traditional culture, historical buildings, and a deep understanding of the needs of new medical spaces. The use of humanistic art has turned Xikang Cloud Hospital into a pioneering space that integrates cultural history, medical care, and a future of technology and innovation.
