“建筑是平静的，合理的，耐久的，存在的，以及完整的充满了温暖和感知。”——彼得·卒姆托 这套跃层空间是为一对游洋归来的夫妻所设计的，是为打造一个独属于他们一家人栖居的住宅。海外居住的习惯更契合他们对生活方式的领悟，长达几十年的相偕时光没有带走他们对新事物的探知欲，而是带给他们始终年轻的心态，这次他们希望在新空间的生活更加的自由。因此，在设计上我们更注重开敞的空间尺度及贯通的空间布局，营造一处平静的、放松的，不需要太多装饰的栖息地。我们用了大量温润的木质披覆住钢筋水泥，以及很多自然朴素的家具。整个空间带有“居”的自然特征，可能是走过一个空间又见另一番情景的意趣，可能是抬首驻足时收到自然的景色馈赠，让这种“居与简朴，安与自在”的松弛感无处不在。
‘Architecture is calm, sensible, durable, existential, and complete filled with warmth and perception.’ --Peter Stemto This leaping space was designed for a couple returning from a trip to the ocean, to create a home that would be solely for their family to live in. Overseas living habits are more in line with their understanding of lifestyle, and decades together have not taken away their desire to learn new things, but brought them a young mindset, and this time they want to live more freely in the new space. Therefore, in the design, we pay more attention to the open space scale and through the spatial layout, to create a calm, relaxing, do not need too much decoration of the habitat. We used a lot of warm wood to cover the concrete and steel, as well as a lot of natural and simple furniture. The whole space is characterised by the naturalness of ‘living’, which may be the interest of walking through a space and seeing another scene, or the gift of natural scenery when looking up and stopping, so that the relaxation of ‘living and simplicity, peace and freedom’ is everywhere.
