The sales center represents a brand-new landmark fusion of life, commerce, and art space. Based on the fact that Hangzhou is a city “both ancient and new”, the design of this project aims to create a “future-orientated” feel that shows off the full potential of the city and the determined pace at which it strides towards the future, through the design's advanced, singular concepts. Located in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, the project sits at an important intersection of the Yangtze River and the eastern coastal economic belt, serving as a comprehensive portal connecting the country's center, west and north. Taking the theme of “city portal”, the designer adopted the landmark design of Hangzhou’s east gate and transformed into a “city reception hall” that promotes a futuristic life experience, highlighting its sense of “the future” through unconventional techniques.
