HEYA科技护肤，位于台州温岭水街商业中心，是一栋四层的临街商用建筑。打造品牌在当地已经经营6年的全面升级。场地项目面积不大，1-4层总共286平。整体建筑结构是长方体的筒状空间。但是有个特色是通天的采光井。设计要点在于如何有效合理地连接每一层的空间。且利用采光天井，将阳光自然的元素最大化。 楼梯，作为贯穿一层到四层的交通枢纽，更将日光引进为空间注入灵魂，通过光和空间感的穿透性打造出动感和趣味，也成了空间中重要的交互环节。人们逐级往上，人与空间的互动也随之演变。 在光的带领下出发，从充满实验室科技的严谨氛围，随着楼梯缓缓向上延伸向充满自然阳光的天井，光线交错变幻，赋予了进入者无限想象，形成不同的空间对话。 于光的交融之中回归自然，开启你的治愈之旅，感受科技力量与美学结合的非凡感官体验。
HEYA technology skin care is located in the commercial center of Shui street, in Wenling area, in Taizhou city. This is a four-floor commercial building and it is built just beside the street. This is a comprehensive upgrade of the HEYA brand after operating 6 years in the city. The area of the site is not large, there are a total of 286 square meters on 4 floors. The overall building structure is a cuboid space with a lightwell directly pointed toward the sky and this lightwell is the biggest characteristic of this building. Designers believe that the key point of designing this project is to connect each floor effectively and reasonably. They also use a lightwell to maximize the effects of sunlight within this architecture. The staircase is not just a traffic hub running through the ground floor to the fourth floor, it also pulls sunlight and injects vitality into the space. Designers create a sense of dynamism and fun by using the penetrability of light and space. The staircase has become an important interactive link between different floors. While visitors go up from one level to the other, the interaction between people and space evolves step by step. Visitors start from the bottom of stairs to climb up to reach the patio following the guidance of light. While they are inside of this building, they can feel like they are in a laboratory. They can see the light intersects and changes over time, it gives visitors unlimited imagination and creates different dialogues with the space in their minds.
