项目位于上海市闵行虹桥商务区绿谷广场内，客户为世界500强企业。客户提出设计诉求：高效、年轻、品质感，希望新的办公空间能演绎新时代办公空间的形象。方居设计团队希望本次设计能以办公空间为载体传达企业自身的文化精神，设计团队从独特的平面形状获取灵感，以海洋,帆船为主题来赋予到各个设计元素之中，以类型学的思维把功能块赋予了不同的空间原型置入到高效的环形动线之中。 “服务与被服务空间”是建筑师路易斯.康最重要的建筑理论之一，服务空间封闭、厚重、隐蔽；被服务空间开阔、轻盈。将本项目平面简化：一圈开放空间围绕着中央的核心筒，于是我们把核心筒又加了一层厚厚的“肉”，把大多数的“服务空间”挤在了这层“肉”里，形成了一圈连续的完整界面，为“被服务空间”最大限度地赢得了自由开阔的空间。 色彩是最简单直接影响空间情绪表达的设计策略。此项目大面积采用了静谧而柔和的玉石蓝，它属于中国传统文化中的色系，与我们的海洋文化正好呼应。玉石蓝与暖色系的木色和金属铜色形成撞色的色彩关系，一冷一暖，调节人与人之间的距离温度。 这是一场我们和客户一起对于新办公场所的探索。经历了上海疫情，我们希望这个新的办公空间能如海洋一样，成为创造力的孕育地，更能成为具有人文关怀的栖息地。
The project is located in Green Valley Square Hongqiao Business District Minhang Shanghai. The client is a world top 500 enterprise, a large state-owned enterprise which is active in the China's economic construction. The client proposed the design appeal: efficient, young, quality, hoped that the new office space can deduce the image of the new era office. FOUND Architects design team hopes the office space can act as a carrier to convey its own cultural spirit. The design team took inspiration from the unique plane shape, and applied the theme of ocean and sailing boat into design elements. Using typology thinking, functional blocks are endowed with different spatial prototypes and placed in efficient circular moving lines. "The serve and the served space" is one of the most important architectural theories by architect Louis Kahn's. The service space is closed, thick and hidden; the served space is open and light.
