Since the 1980s when Shenzhen Nanshan OCT Harbour was officially included into the national key planning project, this area, which once was a mudflat by the side of Shenzhen bay, has become a cluster of luxury houses covering 6 square kilometers after 40 years of rapid development, known as a pearl by the side of Shenzhen bay and an important reference of urban value. Fully understanding the spirit of Shenzhen, the design team takes "Tree of Life" as the theme to show the tenaciousness and indefatigability. The team considers the past, present and future of Nanshan OCT Harbour in space design and pays attention to exalt, natural, holographic immersive experience. The team shows the harmony between human and nature to the greatest extent in this high-end commercial space, re-interpreting nature in this prosperous city. It is committed to creating a closed ecological place with flexibility, efficiency, more humanistic care and other functions.
