身处海珠城区的市井烟火，项目基于老城焕新的出发点，通过潮流艺术和新商业、新消费的业态，丰富社区营造的内容，吸引年轻力的注入，以长期主义为目的孵化生活方式的个性化，实现新与旧的共生、共融、共创。让真实生活扎根于社区中，是ENJOYDESIGN在此次项目中的追求。 这是建立在内容、策划和运营之上的社区更新，通过潮流艺术文化的展览策划、品牌IP和生活场景，引入设计师品牌咖啡niconi、入围黑珍珠的Tipsy精酿餐厅以及作为展览的社区美术馆，进而吸引年轻群体的到来，链接在地文化共创社区内容，譬如日常可在下沉广场开展livehouse、talkshow、露营、市集等时下流行娱乐。
Being in the city smoke and mirrors of haizhu district, the project is based on the starting point of renewing the old city, enriching the content of community creation through trendy art and new commercial and consumption business, attracting the injection of young force, incubating the personalization of lifestyle with the purpose of long-termism, and realizing the symbiosis, co-integration and co-creation of new and old. Letting real life take root in the community is what ENJOYDESIGN is pursuing in this project. This is a community renewal built on content, planning and operation, through trendy art and culture exhibition planning, brand IP and living scenes, introducing designer brand coffee niconi, the Black Pearl shortlisted Tipsy craft brew restaurant and the community art museum as an exhibition, thus attracting young groups to come, linking local culture to co-create community content, such as daily livehouse, talkshow, livehouse, livehouse and livehouse in the sunken square. livehouse, talkshow, camping, marketplace and other popular entertainment.
