荔枝餐厅主打粤菜，餐厅以两广地区最具代表性的水果“荔枝”命名。   荔枝，口感甘甜温和，寓意美好。岭南地区曾有一个传统：定居村落或家中添丁就会在房前屋后种下荔枝树，意味着生活安定落地生根，家族血脉有所传承。   荔枝餐厅的主人小熊也有同样美好的期许，她希望她的餐厅更像一个载体，静悄悄地见证故事的发生与延续，恋爱，求婚，庆生，每一帧重要的时刻，每一次甜蜜的聚会，都能在这里留下美好的记忆。   空间设计以“荔枝”元素为切入点，以荔枝红为主色调，搭配弧形元素加以点缀。 “荔枝”南临宁波甬江支流，是餐厅最佳的景观视角；北面为商场连廊，也是客流的到达通道。 设计中将北面的玻璃幕墙改透为实，用红色肌理墙面进行大面积包裹，减少外界对室内空间的干扰，营造安静私密的高级就餐氛围。入口顶部用黑色铁板嵌入红色墙面形成廊檐，向下延续至黑色大门，以求在红中增加突破。 “荔枝”餐厅的Logo邀请形而上设计的丁锋如老师操刀，由宁波匠天标识（JUMPTIME）制作完成。 Logo全铜材质，每一道纹理的工艺要求极高，尤其荔枝表面的镂空雕刻，边缘薄、密度高，稍有不慎，一片断裂满盘皆废。制作过程中报废N次，最终呈现出圆润而精美的作品。 推开手工捶打的铜把手进入餐厅，视觉忽而有了新一重体验。红色的无机水磨石地面与吧台，红色的艺术涂料墙面与顶部，白色餐桌黑色餐椅点缀其中，在亚克力半透明隔断后若隐若现，仿佛剥开荔枝外壳，露出鲜嫩的果肉。 等候区与吧台区采用了解构手法，空间切割，局部隔断，似透非透。满目的荔枝红中，搭配柔光的球形灯，宛若一粒粒鲜嫩的荔枝点缀其中，梦幻而热烈。 进入开放式就餐区，空间色彩由浓郁的红过渡到素雅的米灰，白色桌布、落地玻璃、斑驳的光影给顾客带来轻松舒适的就餐环境，球形的吊灯，&Tradition的餐椅，弧形的墙面继续呼应着“荔枝”主题。 荔枝餐厅的包厢命名别有心意，一粒，两粒，三粒，四粒，缘由是小熊的宝贝女儿叫米粒，满满都是爱。而当你以为第五个包厢一定叫“五粒”时，却发现她叫“多荔”，荔枝的“荔”，既暗合餐厅的主题，也寓意中国人多子多福的美好期许。 楼顶的露台花园是荔枝餐厅另一处天地，现代法式庭院搭配户外主题，有点儿浪漫有点儿野。 DOD帐篷、Nordisk天幕、Stove篝火台、Gogogo户外椅、Snowpeak蛋卷桌，与好友与恋人对饮低吟，在微风中翩翩起舞。 一切都刚刚好，让生活慢慢来， 如同亲手栽下一棵果树， 慢慢呵护，静待收获。
LITCHI restaurant focuses on Cantonese dishes, so it is named as LITCHI, which is the most representative fruit in Guangxi and Guangdong area.   Litchi tastes sweet and mild, and with beautiful connotation. There was a tradition in Lingnan area. When a family settled down in a village, or had a new-born baby, a litchi tree would be planted in the front or back of the house, meaning settled and stable life, and family bloodline heritage. Xiao Xiong, the owner of LITCHI restaurant, has the same wonderful expectation. She hopes that her restaurant will be more like a carrier, witnessing the happening and continuing of a story soundlessly. In-love, marriage proposal, birthday celebration, each important moment and sweet gathering will provide with happy memories.   The LITCHI element is the penetration point of space design. The main color tone is litchi red, collocating with arc elements as embellishment. LITCHI restaurant is next to a branch of Ningbo Yongjiang river in the south, which is the best view angle. The north of restaurant is the shopping mall corridor, which is also the main arrival passageway of customers. During the design process, the northern glass curtain wall is changed into solid wall, using red textured wall as large area covering, thus to decrease the disturb to interior from the exterior. A very personal, quiet and high-class dining atmosphere is created. The top of entrance uses black metal plate, embedding into the red wall, and making a corridor eave. It extends downward to the black door, in order to increase breakthrough in red. The logo of LITCHI restaurant is designed by Mr. Ding Feng from SENSDESIGN, and manufactured by JUMPTIME Ningbo. The logo is made of bronze, with extremely high craft requirement in each texture. Especially the hollow-out engraving on surface of LITCHI, the edge is very thin but with high density. One piece would be cracked with any carelessness, and then the whole logo needs to be abandoned. So many times of failure makes a final presentation of delicate and exquisite work. Entering the restaurant by pushing aside the bronze door handle, which is handmade hammering, there is another kind of experience in vision. It is red inorganic terrazzo on the floor and bar counter, red art painting on the wall and ceiling. White dining tables and black chairs are embellished among them, partly visible behind the semitransparent acrylic screen. Just like a litchi, fresh pulp is revealed after peeling off the red shell. The deconstruction method is adopted in waiting area and bar counter area. The space is cut, and part of it is separated, but not totally invisible. Over-all litchi red is collocated with soft light globe lantern, just like so many fresh litchi decorating there, fantastic and passionate. Stepping into the open dining area, the space color turns to simple and elegant oyster gray from intense red. White tablecloth, French casement, dappled light and shadow create a comfortable and relaxing dining environment. Ball-shaped ceiling lamp, dining chairs by &Tradition and arc walls continue to echo with the LITCHI theme. The private rooms of LITCHI restaurant are named as One Li(一粒), Two Li(两粒), Three Li(三粒) and Four Li(四粒), because Mi Li(米粒) is the name of Xiao Xiong’s daughter, full of love. You must guess that the fifth private room is Five Li(五粒), while it is called Multi-Li(多荔) instead, Li of litchi. It is not only coincide with restaurant theme, but also implying the beautiful expectation of Chinese people that the more sons, the more blessings. The terrace garden on the roof of LITCHI restaurant is another different world. Modern French courtyard collocates with outdoor theme, making it a little bit romantic, and a little bit wild. DOD tent, Nordisk tarp, Stove campfire, Gogogo outdoor chair, Snowpeak egg roll table, watching friends and lovers drink and whisper, dancing in gentle breeze.
