这处346㎡的房子，原本是半精装房，一层精装修，地下一层为毛坯房。最初，业主只计划装修负一层，再将一层做简单拆改，让两层和谐统一。设计师李雪去现场勘查后发现，原有的格局和陈设并不符合夫妻俩的生活需求和审美预期，于是拆掉了精装修，重新改造。 首先重置室内主动线，这意味着调整空间布局。连通一层和负一层的楼梯原本位于室外，李雪将它搬回室内，上楼、下楼更便捷了，也解决了负一层外延的浸水问题。 楼梯位于家中的视觉中心，这儿原本是厨房。“如果厨房在中心，要通向主卧，必须经过细窄、没有阳光的长廊，有点压抑，”李雪解释道，“现在，视线上开阔了不少，阳光也能铺满整个家。像是鼻塞许久后，突然间呼吸通畅了，这种感觉很爽。”楼梯如同一个大型装置，让空间多了层次感。

The staircase is located in the visual center of the home, which was originally a kitchen. If the kitchen is in the center and you want to lead to the master bedroom, you must pass through a narrow, sunless corridor, which is a bit oppressive, "Li Xue explained." Now, the line of sight has widened a lot, and sunlight can also cover the entire home. It's like having a stuffy nose for a long time and suddenly breathing freely, which feels great. "The staircase is like a large device, giving the space a sense of hierarchy.
