由于之前都是居家办公，在自己的房间不被打扰，习惯了安静自由的办公状态，因此在重新选择工作空间的时候并没有考虑办公大楼，而是选择在常州一个创意产业园区里面，第一次接触到这个空间的时候，成森即被通透明亮的采光所吸引，加上格局方正、且拥有将近5米的层高优势，让他当天晚夜就决定了。 既是业主也同时身为设计师身份，一切都是按照成森习惯来设计，他认为靠窗办公是最理想的状态，可以贴切地感受自然风声、雨声，甚至光线也会因着时间差异产生不同变化，为室内带来丰富的光影氛围，在这样的放松环境下，反而更有助于设计能量的提升。也因为进行设计思考工作时常常有放不完的东西，特别为自己规划了一张大书桌，使用上更加舒适便利。 另一方面，他也因应工作是挑高的尺度，买了二颗高大的凤尾竹植物点缀，热带植物真的让人非常放松，有种度假的感觉，而且可以让空间充满活力。工作室舍弃制式的隔间配置，采用桦木板材构成的几座柜子区隔出不同的场域用途，如会议区、办公桌等，墙面则使用很浅的泥土色微水泥覆盖，提升空间质感之外，与桦木板的自然纹路相互搭配，整体色调令人感到平静自在。

On the other hand, he also bought two tall anchovy plants to decorate the work with high scale, tropical plants are really very relaxing, have a holiday feeling, and can make the space full of vitality. The studio abandons the standard cubicle configuration, and several cabinets composed of birch panels are used to separate different field uses, such as conference areas, desks, etc., and the walls are covered with very light earth-colored micro-cement, which not only enhances the texture of the space, but also matches the natural grain of birch boards, and the overall color makes people feel calm.
