The homeowner wishes to meet the diverse needs of family and work through a three-room layout. One of the rooms needs to serve as a study while also providing ample storage space. The homeowner prefers to showcase the beauty of the space through minimalist design and minimal decoration. In the context of modern fast-paced life, the design aims to create a calm, comfortable, and refined space. By simplifying complexity, focusing on details, and carefully selecting elements, we hope to create a living environment where the homeowner can concentrate and feel refreshed. In terms of material selection, economical and durable ceramic tiles are used for the floors in the living room and kitchen, enhancing the coherence of the space. The use of wood veneer, marble, and latex paint adds layers and a natural, harmonious color tone to the space. Technically, the design is functionally driven, especially the suspended ceiling, which aims to resolve the unevenness of the original building's top without sacrificing ceiling height. All details have been minimally processed to achieve a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.
