席作·福建会馆：感性驻留 食物链接的是人与自然，餐厅链接的是人与彼此，更是万千记忆与深邃情感。席作以味觉领略河海与山川，用艺术表达故乡与他乡。在上海新天地的新店，与室内设计师张玮再度合作，以建筑空间为语言体系，以食味起伏为密码转译、书写构筑心中的福建。设计师以岩、以石、以沙、以土，回归自然还原风土，用克制的表达与纯粹材料打造场域气质。榫卯以精妙的契合，承载中式结构的横平竖直。以中式榫卯为灵感的会馆中堂，将就餐区一分为二，餐桌在亲密中保留分寸，形成疏密有间的自由流动。光与影、虚与实、近与远，皆因此有了共生与对话。润与涩、粗糙与细腻的空间肌理，营造韵律与回味，材质的选择成为空间附体的灵魂所在。传统的闽南红砖源自泥胎而具有火相，色泽醇厚似乡间故土；木栅如嶂若丘陵，间隔岁月，沉淀底蕴，一帘水露落雨，清响间感性驻留于时空场内。首创的服务式内廊设计，将传菜路线与客径分离，双重金属门开闭进退皆礼数，保证了客人的用餐私密及体验感。 http://www.xmyhys.cn/
Fujian Banquet: Keep Sensation Food links human beings and the nature while restaurant connects people with each other, even a lot of memories and deep emotions. Fujian Banquet appreciates rivers, seas and mountains with taste, and expresses hometown and places far away from home with art. Cooperated with the Designer Zhang Wei again, the new store in New world of Shanghai designs and builds Fujian in his mind with the language system of architectural system and changes of taste as the code translation. The design brings it back to the nature and restores local customs and practices with sands, stones and soils, creating field temperament with restrained expression and pure materials. The elaborate tenon-and-mortise work carries the essence of Chinese structure. Inspired by Chinese style tenon-and-mortise work, the atrium of Fujian Banquet divides the dining area into two separately, the dining table keeps its propriety in intimacy, forming a free flow of density. The light and shadow, virtual and reality, distance and vicinity look so harmonious because of that. Moist and astringent, rough and delicate spatial texture create rhythm and lingering taste. The soul of the space lies in the selection of materials. The traditional southern Fujian red brick originated from the clay and has fire appearance, which has mellow color and looks like the hometown of the countryside. The wooden fence is like a barrier or a hill. It has separated the years and precipitated the details. A curtain of falling rain, and the sensation in the clear sound resides in the time of space. The pioneered service-based middle corridor design separates the food delivery route from the passenger path, the double-layered metal door plays an important role, which ensures the privacy and experience of the guests.
