本项目地址位于洞头小门岛，毗邻海域，周围除几处工厂以外几乎无荒无人烟。此项目空间安置在一个无人车间的厂房厂区，平时厂房工作为自动化的流水线工程，日常的厂区只需要有保安和技术人员控制机房所在，大部分时间是无人的状态。 设计本案的需求是因甲方希望在厂区内有被参观需要时，有一处可供落脚、办公的区域，而日常则作为一个无人展厅使用。 结构即装饰 为使建筑契合工业的特质，整体空间的材质选取更为纯粹：不设修饰的水泥墙面、裸露于天花的块状横梁，彰显出工业制造的原始与粗犷。而在看似粗粝的建筑外壳下，又点缀有精致而细腻的板饰，与悠久的工业历史碰撞汇聚，形成质与物的反差。 电镀雾化玻璃包裹住内部空间，形成半封闭的办公区域。方便沟通交流的同时，异质化的存在也带来了实用主义的美学观赏价值。而棱角分明的块状体量在建筑内部分裂出新的结构，面与面交叠穿插，嵌套的互动关系产生建筑元素之间的变形与位移，从而实现空间多重的层次解构。 空间的围与透 空间围合的状态不仅表露结构的原始属性，亦催生人与空间的交互价值。”空间是无，场景是有。“来访者在行径畅通的的动线引领下，进入特性的场域，而作为商业的办公场所，简约明亮的环境，便是设计的初衷。隐于内部的形态，呈现出超现实的科幻印象。外与内的形象互通有无，赋予访者稳重沉静的双重感受。 物态随时间发生某种程度的嬗变，而我们希望建筑的状态是始终如一的，无论有无人的参与，空间依然有雕塑般的质感。因此，实体的建材在结构中发挥着无可替代的作用。当混凝墙面结合水磨石地板，内部的工业肌理便自然生发，这是重塑空间秩序的过程，以稳定性强的材质代替易朽褪的颜料，流动之中依旧有稳定的内核。 形式追随功能 出于保留空间自有高度的想法，设计顺势而为，在内部置入合理的构造手法，保证基本办公面积的同时，引光入室，营造纯粹且清晰的空间气氛。 空间打破了”为艺术而艺术“的束缚，转而采取包豪斯的功能性设计。艺术与工业技术相结合，极简的装修风格将看似单一的材质变得生动且富于涵养。作为一个展示性场所，内部丰富的体验流线，以及原始的工业气息，使整体成为一个新型业态。 室内排线皆被隐于上层，空间布景干爽而明朗。游览其中，建筑的线条也成为一种引领，纵横的直线将整体切割为块状的分区，在交迭的错层空间中，形成连贯的展示渠道。
The address of this project is located on Xiaomen Island in Dongtou, adjacent to the sea, and there is almost no wilderness except for a few factories around. This project is located in an unmanned workshop in the factory area. Normally, the factory works as an automated assembly line project, and only security and technical personnel need to control the location of the computer room in the daily factory area. Most of the time, it is unmanned. The requirement for designing this case is that the first party hopes to have an area for resting and working in the factory area when there is a need for visitors, and to use it as an unmanned exhibition hall for daily use. Structure is decoration To make the building conform to the characteristics of industry, the overall material selection of the space is more pure: unmodified cement walls, exposed block shaped beams on the ceiling, highlighting the primitive and rough nature of industrial manufacturing. Under the seemingly rough building shell, there are exquisite and delicate board decorations, which collide and converge with the long industrial history, forming a contrast between quality and substance. Electroplated atomized glass envelops the internal space, forming a semi enclosed office area. While facilitating communication and exchange, the existence of heterogeneity also brings practical aesthetic appreciation value. The block shaped volume with distinct edges and corners splits into new structures within the building, with overlapping and interweaving faces. The nested interactive relationships generate deformation and displacement between architectural elements, thus achieving multiple levels of spatial deconstruction. Surrounding and Penetrating Space The state of spatial enclosure not only reveals the original properties of the structure, but also promotes the interactive value between humans and space Space is nothing, scene is something. Under the guidance of a smooth flow of action, visitors enter a unique field, and as a commercial office space, a simple and bright environment is the original intention of the design. The hidden form inside presents a surreal sci-fi impression. The external and internal images are intertwined, giving visitors a dual feeling of stability and tranquility. The state of things undergoes a certain degree of transformation over time, and we hope that the state of the building remains consistent, with the space still having a sculptural texture, regardless of whether there is no one involved. Therefore, physical building materials play an irreplaceable role in the structure. When the concrete wall is combined with the terrazzo floor, the industrial texture inside naturally develops, which is a process of reshaping spatial order. By replacing perishable pigments with stable materials, there is still a stable core in the flow. Form follows Function With the idea of preserving the height of the space, the design follows the trend and incorporates reasonable construction techniques to ensure basic office space while also introducing light into the room, creating a pure and clear spatial atmosphere. The space has broken the shackles of "art for the sake of art" and instead adopts Bauhaus' functional design. The combination of art and industrial technology, the minimalist decoration style makes seemingly single materials vivid and rich in cultivation. As a display space, the rich experience flow inside and the primitive industrial atmosphere make the whole a new type of business. The indoor wiring is hidden in the upper layer, and the spatial setting is dry and clear. During the tour, the architectural lines also become a guide, with vertical and horizontal straight lines cutting the entire area into block like zones, forming a coherent display channel in the overlapping staggered spaces.
