Vanke ISLE Maison · Sunshine Clubhouse is located in Hangzhou, aiming to create a multifunctional community learning space. The project is not limited to a supporting facility for residences but is positioned as a "third space" that extends community services and updates lifestyles. The layout is planned according to the age and needs of community users: The children's handicraft area features a suspended window design that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, integrating the outdoor area into the learning scenario; The shared reading area takes the large tree as the core, and the space under the tree can be used for reading, discussing, sharing, and office learning activities among neighbors. The study area provides an independent and quiet learning environment. The overall space is dominated by wood colors and dark green, with the texture of different materials and the ingenuity of design details creating an atmosphere akin to treasure hunting in a forest. Sunlight casts dappled shadows through the tree gaps, and wind flows into the room through the open folding windows. The natural elements evoke the vitality of the space and awaken the spirit of every person who uses it.
