在小湾是黄河宿集甄选民宿品牌，延续了建筑基底、坚持本地元素、考虑材质实用性、增加空间利用率、保留原有植被、在限定的时间和造价内完成的项目开发…… 为帮助设计团队快速、精准地确定了项目的平面布局，木亚的运营团队给出了详细到每一个空间的功能需求，这也是木亚做项目设计开发非常有别于传统设计单位的一点——实用功能至上，确保项目的运营便利性和灵活性。 12间客房分布于相连的两栋建筑中，每一间都是可分可合的床型设置，以便于灵活地在大/双床之间进行快速切换；每一间都有独立的榻榻米区域，以便于满足加床需求；为尽可能多的客房配备庭院/露台，以增加室内外的连接；利用廊架以增加半户外空间，结合庭院座位区、室内会客厅以增加社交空间……
Zai XiaoWan is a brand of home stay inn in Huang He Home Stay Inn Cluster, the design lasts a building basement, and keeping the local design element, it’s still considering about the practical materials, improving the usage of space, keeping the original plant, and even completed project development in time & cost limited. Muua Operation Team offered a detailed requirement for each space, it helps ours designing team confirmed the plane layout fastly & accurately. It’s also a key point of project designing between Muua and some other designing companies. Muua works on a practical and functional designing to make sure the project has a fluent and flexible operation. Zai Xiaowan has 12 rooms in two connected buildings, and each room has a bed which can be combined or separated, so that the bed has a flexible adjustment between king bed and twins bed. There also has a tatami in each room to help guests get an extra bed. Most of rooms have a balcony or a courtyard to help to improve the connecting effect interior and outdoor. The building even improving the half-outdoor space to enlarge the social contact space by combining gallery frame with seat area in the courtyard and the living room.
