在前期创意思考，以中国儒家“和”文化作为切入，和气生财，以和为贵等哲学思想，表达传统文化源远流长独有人文精神。细节上我们刻意打开风格的边界，将中西方印象和谐交融在家具设计中，营造东韵西意的氛围。 中式明堂，一般指大宅前方开阔的空间，且建筑呈现对称结构。明堂在中国建筑深有讲究，方正开阔，后有高墙隐喻靠山，风水角度是一个聚人气和聚财的地方。空间对称布局和内涵表达，均以中式明堂展开。 设计运用古代铜钱表面矿物氧化的材质质感来表达概念。模拟经过不同时间的演变产生的状态，铸铁红绣色和氧化蓝锈，来体现深圳这座特别的淘金文化城市。 陈列道具的开发，我们希望透过文化与材质的碰撞产生戏剧性的新鲜感。中西方元素的平和共挽，正如深圳这座城市的国际化与包容。
In the early creative thinking, the Chinese Confucian ‘Harmony’ culture as an entry point. Harmony generates wealth, harmony is precious and other philosophical ideas, expressing the unique humanistic spirit of traditional culture with a long history. In detail, we deliberately break the boundaries of style, the harmonious blend of Chinese and Western impressions in the furniture design, to create the east & west melody. Chinese Mingtang, generally refers to the open space in front of the mansion, and the building presents a symmetrical structure. Mingtang in Chinese architecture is deeply concerned. It’s square and open. A high wall at the back is a metaphoric for a supporter with a great background. From a feng shui point of view, it is a place to gather popularity and wealth. The symmetrical layout of the space and the expression of connotation are expressed in a Chinese-style Ming Tang unfolding. The design uses the mineral oxidised surface of ancient copper coins to express the concept. It simulates the state of evolution over time, with cast iron red embroidery and oxidised blue patina, reflecting the special gold-rush culture of Shenzhen. For the development of the display items, we hope to create a dramatic freshness through the collision of cultures and materials. The peaceful coexistence of Chinese and Western elements is just like the internalisation and tolerance of the city of Shenzhen.
