项目概述 长时民宿是位于汕头南澳岛青澳湾的一家海景民宿，背靠风车山，面朝一片海，抬头是星空。民宿取名为“长时”，因为北斗星代表着时间，是夜空中的七颗亮星。划分了七间客房并依次以北斗七星命名，分别是：天枢、天璇、天玑、天权、玉衡、开阳与瑶光，旨在令人沉浸于“星辰大海”的意象里。 01概念-拾光 北斗星在不同的季节与夜间现身于不同的天空方位，所以代表了时间，切入到空间设计领域，取“拾光”之概念表达“时光”之深意，将海空一色的美景“收入囊中”，使活动的光影完成对“水泥盒子”的修饰，积蓄大自然的能量，让心变得柔软、自由。 02定义-长时与陪伴 心理学家卡尔·荣格说：“一个人的觉悟并非靠想象光明，而是当他觉知到黑暗。”同理，一个空间的灵气并非靠引入光明，而是制造出黑暗，放大人的觉知，方能还原空间纯粹。步入空间，圆形标牌与圆形镂空吊顶呼应，在暗色背景的衬托下诉说故事。倾斜结构完成空间转换，让每个人的步履都流动起来，赋予建筑可持续的生命力。再次打通建筑与天空的联结通道，任由自然光透过几何形态表达“长时陪伴”的心思，应和民宿名字“长时”。身体虽受制于地球引力，却不受制于以地平线为基准的空间探索，打造双层镂空结构，先让格栅过滤出光影条纹，再由圆洞传递风声的呼唤，促使空间纵深变得有机、精彩，为空间体验提供奇妙有趣的视角。来到公区前台，细腻的采光、大块的原木、悠远的山景，还有那富有浪漫情怀的“风车”，都预示着生命的美好，惬意正在发生。 03引绿-分隔与叠加 在建筑之内创造别样的庭院，需要更多的情绪梳理。用足够“空”的场域呈现光斑叙事，利落的斜影有时相互交织，有时各自游荡，有时对话翠叶枝丫，贯穿了庭院的虚实美感，把工业情绪、自然情绪、人文情绪逐一梳理。构建“十字”结构，为裸露的“顶”叠加一份安全感，顺势点明了空间象限，可让迷路的人在此找到回去的方向，亦可营造以模块为形的探索路径，增强人与公区的互动性。低调的光，渲染出温柔的灰，提升了连廊的色与质。每个转角、每个端点，皆以切换之力发挥置景的意趣，将盆栽引入，单椅摆置，花艺表达，令连廊的视觉表情越发具有感染力。筑构孔洞隔断，以大基色烘托原生态的感觉，以点状光回溯“星辰大海”的“星辰”。 04望远-连续与停留 “天枢”，拥有单独的泡澡区，那里通向仙境，也通向自由。运用解构手法规划剩余场景，给予起居动态最佳的舒适度，让人伴着阳光欣赏一本画册，丰满一域精神，遥想积极的未来。 “天璇”，通过地台把空间情态交给大自然，令屋里人的思绪飘向山头，随云前行，无比放松。点燃蜡烛，温暖气氛一跃而上，柔光饰面与质朴织物在清冷色调中焕发雅致，澄明了所有的思绪杂质。 “我见青山多妩媚，料青山见我应如是。”天玑的格调，更贴近一种人境交融后生发的纯然感，像是经历过雨水的冲刷，露出了多维的层次，把被世俗驱逐着的内心温柔安放。 “天权”，刻意营造极致的素朴感，用浴缸承载温度，用画框抒发情绪，逐渐将松弛调性渗透至场域内里，隔绝红尘纷扰，静也悠闲，动也快乐。 “玉衡”，搭配浅色垂帘，调匀一隅肌理，甄选以枝干为美的绿植，与远山、云烟做出深层次的呼应，把控住了度假风情。不论是淡黄的画作，还是泛着火光的壁龛，都在有意完成一条温馨的叙事线。 一盏落地灯，散发着静谧优雅的气质，将时空往私密的地方推，为身处私密之地的人提供光的指引。休闲区打造卡座，设计圆形吊顶呼应公区的通透感。卫生间干区铺设深蓝砖，寓意“大海近在咫尺”，泡澡区打造星点光斑，共同为“开阳”注入“星辰大海”的意蕴。 “瑶光”，以“折纸风车”对话“电力风车”，拉近室内与自然的沟通距离，带人回归童真，感知无限的爱。木元素，展开深浅对比，彰显生命的延续。
Project Description Always Homestay is a sea view homestay located in Tsing 'o Bay, Nanao Island, Shantou. It is backed by Windmill Hill, facing a piece of sea and looking up at the stars. The hostel is named "Long Time" because the Big Dipper represents time and is the seven bright stars in the night sky. Divided into seven rooms and named after the Big Dipper in turn, they are: Tianshu, Tianxuan, Tianji, Tianquan, Yuheng, Kaiyang and Yaoguang, aiming to immerse people in the image of "star sea". 01 Concept - Pick up light The Big Dipper appears in different sky positions in different seasons and nights, so it represents time, enters into the field of space design, takes the concept of "picking up light" to express the deep meaning of "time", "brings in the beautiful scenery of sea and air", makes the light and shadow of activities complete the modification of "cement box", saves the energy of nature, and makes the heart soft and free. 02 Definition - Always accompany The psychologist Carl Jung said, "A man's enlightenment comes not by imagining light, but when he becomes aware of darkness." In the same way, the reiki of a space can restore the purity of space not by introducing light, but by creating darkness and amplifying one's awareness. Stepping into the space, the circular sign echoes with the circular hollow ceiling, telling a story against the dark background. The slanted structure transforms the space, allowing everyone's steps to flow and giving the building a sustainable vitality. Once again open up the connection channel between the building and the sky, allowing the natural light to express the idea of "long-term companionship" through the geometric form, which corresponds to the name of the hostel "long time".
