项目坐落于虹口中心位置，紧邻虹口足球场与鲁迅公园，周边商圈郁勃，兼具文化气质与生活品质。 设计沿袭融创简练当代的语言、超前的审美态度，从虹口海派文化的在地性出发，以现代的形式重构近代文化元素，选取黄包车、《新民晚报》、石库门、旗袍、梧桐等人文自然素材。 设计首先认真思考“海派与现代”的关系，希望通过老式落地灯、复古相机等老物件的植入，让文化脉络在空间逻辑关系中更为顺畅，既是一种对于海派文化致敬的呈现，更是一种呼应当代文化自信的责任当担。 圆拱弧线门厅的设计，是对上海旧弄堂石库门建筑形态的提取，这种以石头做门框，以乌漆实心厚木做门扇的建筑，通过设计的规划与整合，以一种新的面貌复归到当下。 会客厅融汇了百年虹口的文脉与气质，以一排圆拱门的设计打破传统的动线布局，立体几何的形体运用，空间变得自由流动。半挑空处理便于自然的光线进入室内，畅通室内外一体化联动，还原一方秩序井然。 老上海大街小巷并排的梧桐树，成为设计的灵感创新。这种类榫卯结构的自然肌理，运用在螺旋云石壁灯上，流露精致的美感；洽谈椅弧形结构的设定，呈现自然多面貌的再生。 设计在光与影的辉映中，再现多伦路123号老电影咖啡馆的风格。
The project is located in the center of Hongkou, close to Hongkou Football Stadium and Luxun Park. The design follows Sunac's concise and contemporary language and advanced aesthetic attitude, starting from the local nature of Hongkou's Haipai culture and reconstructing modern cultural elements in a modern form, selecting humanistic and natural materials such as yellow cabs, Xinmin Evening News, Shikumen, cheongsam and wutong. The design first carefully considers the relationship between "sea school and modernity", and hopes that through the implantation of old floor lamps, retro cameras and other old objects, the cultural vein will be smoother in the logical relationship of the space, which is not only a tribute to the sea school culture, but also a responsibility to echo the contemporary cultural confidence. The design of the round-arched arched foyer is an extraction of the architectural form of the old alleyway Shikumen in Shanghai, a building with stone as the door frame and solid thick wood with black lacquer as the door door, which is returned to the present with a new look through the planning and integration of the design. The meeting room integrates the cultural lineage and temperament of Hongkou for a hundred years, breaking the traditional dynamic layout with the design of a row of round arches and the use of three-dimensional geometry, the space becomes free flowing. The semi-void treatment facilitates the natural light to enter the interior, and smoothly integrates the indoor and outdoor linkage, restoring order to the party. The design recreates the style of the old movie cafe at 123 Duolun Road in the glow of light and shadow.
