本案是今古凤凰位于新城市的新篇章，对怀旧有思考和致敬，也对未来空间设计的发展有着期许和丰满想象。 可持续的空间格调，我们希望办公环境是理性颜色，带着冷静的思考，同时可以迸发思想性与活跃性，激发感性的领悟；我们会用我们常用的设计材质：富有张力的清水混凝土、带着东方色彩的红洞石和黄铜作为空间的主基调，中古家具与现代包豪斯的办公家具、当代的艺术品也是空间的主角。 致敬经典是大空间的主线，设计师在设计形式上用一种建筑手法去表达，有光影，也有细部。感悟纯粹和单纯，一些材料做旧，一些材料有着清晰质感，工艺是对细节的追求。
This new office opens a new chapter for JG Phoenix in a new city. It pays attribute to the past, and also carries expectation and rich imagination of future space design. To create a sustainable spatial style, JG Phoenix created a working environment dominated by rational hues, hoping to evoke logical thinking. Besides, the office is also expected to stimulate inspiration, dynamism and sensitive perceptions. The design team utilized common materials, like rough fair-faced concrete, red travertine with Oriental charm, and brass, to set the overall tone of the space, and meanwhile brought in vintage furniture, modern Bauhaus office furniture and contemporary artworks. A key design thread of this workspace is to show respect to classics. The designers utilized architectural languages to interpret forms, and meanwhile carefully considered light and shadow effects as well as details. Some materials are given an aged texture, and others present clear grain. The treatment of materials reflects meticulous pursuit of craftsmanship and detailing.
