项目位于上海杨浦区新江湾城核心区域，为商业办公楼改造成服务式养老公寓的物业性质，业主为上海康睦健康管理有限公司。 项目目标群体为上海中高端养老人群，基于适用人群的文化背景与身份，室内设计上将中西方元素融合在同一空间中，营造出一种具有高级感的海派风格。 与传统康养项目、养老空间设计上常见的“沉稳”风格相悖，我们反而选择为本案设计出更加活跃、清新的氛围，突破定式，打造优雅的养老空间。 项目1至3层为公共配套区域，其中3层设有露台花园，4至16层布置活力老人公寓，其中4层部分空间设为后勤办公区域。设计运用色彩和标识、软装的结合为各标准层梳理关系，形成楼层记忆视觉主题。细节上，在一层公共区域通廊空间布置文化展廊，二层餐厅除齐备的就餐功能外，还专设可用于厨艺DIY、电影播放、讲座、舞蹈教学等复合功能的多功能空间。三层设置了功能丰富的公共活动区，涵括健身娱乐、书画教学、SPA美容等全方位业态功能需求。 设计整体硬装造型上，多采用弧形设计与硬朗线条相结合的做法；在家具选择上，注重中西方元素的混合搭配使用，营造和谐而与众不同的环境氛围；颜色搭配上，选择较为丰富、饱和度较高的颜色，实现多样性。
The project is located in the core area of Xinjiangwancheng, Yangpu District, Shanghai. It is a commercial office building transformed into a service apartment for the aged. The target group of the project is the middle and high-end elderly care population in Shanghai. Based on the cultural background and identity of the applicable population, the interior design integrates Chinese and Western elements in the same space to create a high-level Shanghai style. Contrary to the "calm" style commonly seen in traditional health care projects and pension space design, we have instead chosen to design a more active and fresh atmosphere for this case, break through the stereotype and create an elegant pension space. In the design of the overall hard fitting shape, the combination of arc design and hard lines is adopted; In the choice of furniture, attention should be paid to the mixed use of Chinese and Western elements to create a harmonious and distinctive environment; In terms of color matching, choose rich colors with high saturation to achieve diversity.
