本项目是POINT观点茶室在南京新设立的第二家门店。在新店策划中，除了供应健康优质的茶饮素食与体验服务外，空间作为观点茶室品牌精神的重要载体。设计团队围绕朴素美学，基于灵活而多元的品牌调性，在环境营造中依地而生，尊重空间与景观的统一，以更通透开放的姿态介入到年轻消费者的社交生活方式，融入POINT 对人们都市美好生活的愿景。在当代创新茶饮美学的市场中，以重构自然来呈现出连系日常的诗意空间。 设计团队延续一店以“梯田聚落”的空间主题，在这间新店中以“村落社区感”的营造构建独有的体块空间集群，通过外立面的打开与钢结构的基本空间形态，塑造连续而层叠的双层空间秩序，并连接原始建筑框架、景观与室内，让得以保留下来的历史肌理与现代崭新材料形成反差下的和谐美。利用层高落差形成的层叠地形作为空间中的公共家具，松麟与桦木的原始铺地材质也增强了户外体验感。钢架为基，砖木为才，日光为媒，一种包容平和的空间状态使得茶客的尺度与多维感官交织，实现人与空间的互动与情感连接。 POINT 关注都市圈层中人与环境、与自然的关系探讨，汇聚茶饮美学的文化意义与空间的温润呈现，在舒适茶饮体验中怀揣对自然朴素的崇敬，带领人们去向往更纯净的自然意味。
This project is POINT's second new store in Nanjing. In the planning of the new store, in addition to supplying healthy and high-quality tea, vegetarian food and experience services, the space is an important carrier of the brand spirit of Guandian Tea Room. The design team revolves around simple aesthetics, based on flexible and diverse brand tonality, living in the same place in the environment construction, respecting the unity of space and landscape, intervening in the social lifestyle of young consumers with a more transparent and open attitude, and integrating POINT A vision for a better urban life for people. In the market of contemporary innovative tea aesthetics, reconstructing nature presents a poetic space that connects daily life. The design team continued the space theme of "Terrace Settlement" in the first store, and built a unique block space cluster in this new store with a "sense of village community". Through the opening of the façade and the basic spatial form of the steel structure, Create a continuous and stacked double-layer space order, and connect the original architectural frame, landscape and interior, so that the preserved historical texture and modern new materials form a harmonious beauty in contrast. The layered terrain formed by the height difference is used as the public furniture in the space, and the original paving materials of pine and birch also enhance the outdoor experience. The steel frame is the foundation, the bricks and woods are the talents, and the sunlight is the medium. A tolerant and peaceful space state makes the tea guest's scale and multi-dimensional senses intertwined, and realizes the interaction and emotional connection between people and space. POINT pays attention to the discussion on the relationship between people, the environment and nature in the urban circle, brings together the cultural significance of tea drinking aesthetics and the warm presentation of space, carries the reverence for the simplicity of nature in the comfortable tea drinking experience, and leads people to yearn for a purer nature mean.
