项目位于无锡市滨湖区,西邻长广溪湿地公园,太湖山水城度假区,毗邻占地约260公顷的国家长广溪湿地公园以及风景秀丽的蠡湖，景观极佳。 本案是一套300平米的联排别墅，一对年轻小夫妻的新婚房。整个空间是以水泥灰色为基调，皎洁的白色沟边框架。采用橘色，草绿色，明黄色等明度较高的跳跃色彩点缀其中，为年轻小夫妻的新家带来活跃，欢愉的氛围。打造专属于他们的生活方式。 越简单越极致是我想表达高级灰该有的态度。住宅的功能布局是家的精神灵魂，设计需要让空间与动线的合理化，同时充分考虑到家庭成员的各自所需和情感的互动。在设计过程中贯整个空间的楼梯首先进行了大的设计变化，解决了原有楼梯不合理的位置，在楼层布局划分上也明确未来功能使用的合理性。负一层为家庭的生活储藏收纳以及家政空间。取消一层老人房调整至二楼，打开局促原本狭窄的厨房区域，形成了中西合璧的全新餐厨生活区。更符合实际生活需求的同时，让局促的一层餐厨空间也得以拓展，同时保留部分餐厅的挑空。打开一层的空间满足了空间的舒适性的同时也增进了家人的互动交流。二层空间打造了三个卧室为父母以及老人偶尔来居住生活，三层空间则是一对年轻新婚小夫妻的套房空间。因此家的每个功能区域也都变得宽敞采光更加明亮。合理的动线关系，好的通风及采光，给未来居住者带来了更佳的舒适性。 在整体的空间设计，包括材质、产品以及软装的选择搭配上遵循了少即是多。使用大部分的饰品几乎都兼顾了美观及实用性，比如丹麦AYTM的金属杂志架与分格果盘，趁手好用。又或者通过运用德国Occhio灯的光影赋予空间的质感，充分体现居住者现代美学的生活理念。留白最能触发灵感的邂逅，纯白楼梯的空间，是家里的一处空灵之地。超大暴力熊雕塑，默默守护着楼梯，实力卖萌。在通透的二层中庭放了一把driade的象腿椅，映衬着从一楼延展而来的巨幅抽象画，意境悠远。而只要楼下一句“饭好了”的呼唤传来，之前的静谧便会瞬间消失，欢歌笑语鱼贯而下，又是一派人间烟火......所有空间区域的窗户都换成了落地大宽幅全透明玻璃，将户外的四季美景框成一幅幅完整的装饰画。欢乐的氛围就像海水包围牡蛎，让柔软的灵魂从坚硬的躯壳中探出，从传统黑白灰的底色中满溢出欢愉和明亮的对比色，把家变成一个大型的艺术装置。在温暖光线的照拂下，活泼的红色、闪烁的金色、耀眼的黄色都自带滤镜，把空间装饰的美轮美奂，平常的生活也因此而明艳生动起来。
The project is located in Binhu District of Wuxi City, adjacent to Changguangxi Wetland Park and Taihu Mountain City Resort in the west, adjacent to the national Changguangxi Wetland Park covering an area of about 260 hectares and the beautiful Li Lake. This case is a 300 square meter townhouse, the newly married house of a young couple. The whole space is based on cement gray with bright white ditch frame. Orange, grass green, bright yellow and other jumping colors with high lightness are used to decorate them, bringing an active and happy atmosphere to the new home of young couples. Create a lifestyle that belongs to them. The simpler and the more extreme is the attitude I want to express. The functional layout of residence is the spiritual soul of home. The design needs to rationalize the space and moving line, and fully consider the respective needs and emotional interaction of family members. In the design process, the stairs that run through the whole space have made major design changes first, solved the unreasonable position of the original stairs, and made clear the rationality of future function use in the division of floor layout. The lower floor is the living storage and housekeeping space of the family. Cancel the old people's room on the first floor and adjust it to the second floor, open the cramped and originally narrow kitchen area, and form a new kitchen and living area with a combination of Chinese and western. While more in line with the actual needs of life, the cramped kitchen space on the first floor can also be expanded, while retaining the empty space of some restaurants. Opening the space on the first floor not only meets the comfort of the space, but also improves the interaction and communication of family members. The second floor space creates three bedrooms for parents and the elderly to live occasionally, and the third floor space is the suite space for a young newly married couple. Therefore, each functional area of the home has also become spacious and brighter. Reasonable dynamic line relationship, good ventilation and daylighting bring better comfort to future residents. In the overall space design, including the selection and matching of materials, products and soft clothing, less is more. Most of the ornaments used are almost both beautiful and practical. For example, aytm metal magazine rack and partitioned fruit tray in Denmark are easy to use. Or by using the light and shadow of German occhio lamp to give the texture of the space, fully reflect the living concept of modern aesthetics of residents. Leaving blank is the best way to trigger the encounter of inspiration. The space of pure white stairs is an empty place at home. The super large violent bear sculpture silently guards the stairs and sells cute strength. In the transparent atrium on the second floor, a driade elephant leg chair is placed against the huge abstract painting extending from the first floor, with a long artistic conception. As long as the call of "dinner is ready" comes downstairs, the previous silence will disappear instantly, singing and laughing will flow down, and there will be a school of human fireworks... The windows in all space areas have been replaced with large, wide and transparent glass, framing the outdoor beauty of the four seasons into complete decorative paintings. The joyful atmosphere is like the sea surrounding oysters, allowing the soft soul to protrude from the hard body, overflowing with happy and bright contrast colors from the traditional black-and-white gray background, turning the home into a large-scale art installation. Under the warm light, the lively red, glittering gold and dazzling yellow all have their own filters to decorate the space beautifully and make ordinary life bright and vivid.
