该项目位于湖州市区一处老旧住宅区的一层，面积约60㎡。我们希望通过此次改造来创造一个既开放又封闭、既安静又活泼，而且能充分融入自然、社区和家人情感联结的住宅。基于这样的想法，增加各功能空间的流通性与平衡场地的公共性与私密性成为设计首要的策略。拆除了之前被封闭，纳入室内的原始庭院，创造出一个既可以包容日常生活又能和阳光、空气、雨雪这些自然元素对话的的公共庭院空间。L型的檐廊既可以透光又可以避雨，地面铺设的户外青砖，一直延伸到室内玄关，模糊了内外之间的界限。利用卧室阳台的功能错层，构筑了一个面向庭院的狗舍及室内的休闲阳台，有效地解决了不同家庭成员的居住问题。Z字型大家具的置入在狭小空间中延伸出了生活使用空间，同时为猫咪构建了自在的空中活动场所。同一空间或是不同空间通过地势的起伏高差，视线的隔而不断，赋予了空间更多的可游览性，也为不同功能划分出了主次界限，柔和的表达了私人和公共区域之间的动态空间序列。我们一直把自然、城市、社区、街道、建筑再到室内部分作为设计的一个完整的视角，比设计空间更重要的，是连接人与人之间的关系。家其实更像是一种微缩的社区，我们希望同时兼顾到个体和家人之间的关系，去维系、联结这种情感，找寻居住的乐趣。
The project is located on the first floor of an old residential area in Huzhou City, with an area of about 60㎡. Through this renovation, we hope to create a home that is both open and closed, quiet and lively, and fully integrated with nature, community and family emotional connection. With this in mind, increasing the circulation of each functional space and balancing the public and private aspects of the site became the primary design strategy. The original courtyard, which had been closed off and incorporated into the interior, was removed to create a public courtyard space that accommodates daily life and allows for dialog with the natural elements of sunlight, air, rain and snow. the L-shaped gable corridor allows for light and rain, and the outdoor tiles on the ground extend all the way to the indoor foyer, blurring the boundaries between the inside and outside. By utilizing the bedroom balcony as a functional split-level, a kennel facing the courtyard and an indoor leisure balcony are constructed, effectively solving the living problems of different family members, while the Z-shaped large furniture extends the living space in the narrow space, and at the same time builds up a free space for the cat to move around in the air. The same space or different spaces are separated from each other by the difference in terrain, giving the space more visitability, and also delineating the primary and secondary boundaries for different functions, softly expressing the dynamic spatial sequence between private and public areas. We always take nature, city, neighborhood, street, building and then the interior part as a complete perspective of design, and more important than designing space, it is connecting the relationship between people. Home is actually more like a kind of miniature community, we hope to take into account the relationship between individuals and their families at the same time, to maintain and connect this kind of emotion, to find the joy of living.
