上河玖叁私宅项目开启于2020年5月30日，于2021年5月23日全面竣工。套内面积为740平方米，项目施工涵盖土建工程，水电改造，布局规划，硬装设计，软装设计及园林设计与落地等。 依据客户居住人口及生活需求，设计师Sarah将这座4层的独栋别墅重新布局规划，并且围绕“自然与现代人类”的设计理念，为客户营造了一个其心目中完美的4房4厅6卫的家。 整个项目的布局分别为，负一层：私人健身房、影音室、酒吧与酒窖、含淋浴房的客卫。一层：玄关、鞋房、客厅、餐厅、茶室、中厨、西厨及客卫。二层：主卧套房（含小型衣帽间及主卫）、两间客套房（分别含带淋雨的客卫及衣柜）、衣帽间、过厅及工作阳台。三层：小主卧套房（含衣帽间及主卫）、书房（含阳台）、过厅及露台。 在此项目中，设计师保留了墙面大面积的留白，将重色放置于软装搭配上，也提供了更多的可能性给予客户日后的搭配调整。
Upper River No.93 Residence project started at 05/30/2020, and totally completed at 05/23/2021. The whole area is about 740 Sq.meter,and the construction about this project including civil engineering, hydropower transformation, layout planning, interior design, FFE design and landscape design. According to the customer's living population and needs, designer Sarah rearranged the four-storey single villa, and around the design concept of "modern prople with nature", created a perfect 4b6b home for customers. The plan of the whole project is: B1: private gym, cinema, bar and wine cellar, guest bathroom with shower. 1F: porch, shoe's room, living room, tea room, dining room, Chinese kitchen, western kitchen and the guest bathroom. 2F: master bedroom suite (including small walk-in closet and master bathroom), two guest suites (including guest bathrooms and wardrobes), full-size walk-in closet, hallway and laundry. 3F: Junior-master bedroom suite (including walk-in closet and master bathroom), study (including balcony), hallway and terrace. In this project, the designer retains a large area of blank space on the wall and places heavy colors on the soft decoration matching, which also provides more possibilities for customers to adjust the matching in the future.
