本案位于商业繁华的汉口菱角湖万达，业主是年轻的90后业主夫妇，女主人经营着一家有格调的花店，对美的追求也体现在对居住环境的设计审美上，男主人爱好收藏、阅读、制做美食，尊重生活，爱猫是他们的共同点。 设计所表达的黑白灰是高雅、简奢的视觉享受，是新一代年轻人对精神需求的一种渴望，独特品味的一种追求，自由随性有张力却不失体面的个性主张。它让极简更加纯粹，探索时尚和优雅并存。而项目的极简形式不仅服务于功能，更多的是在指引一种方向，脱离空间的装饰性，趋向更高级的精神享受，住宅传递出的减与简的态度在色彩、材质、灯光的底层逻辑上。 客厅空间的设计语言和形式，简单干净，内部装饰的元素理智而克制。沙发背景墙采用格栅木饰面为客厅环境增添一份温润感，细腻柔和的灯光使空间温馨浪漫不失张力。 本案的设计亮点：现代茶室打破传统茶室印象，更多偏向现代年轻人饮茶交友环境的喜好需求，；一体式餐厨赋予厨房社交属性，让烹饪与餐饮有了更多的互动。

The black and white gray expressed by the design is elegant, simple and luxurious visual enjoyment, is a new generation of young people's spiritual needs of a kind of desire, a pursuit of unique taste, free with tension but do not break decent personality proposition. It makes minimalism more pure, exploring the juxtaposition of fashion and elegance. The minimalist form of the project not only serves the function, but also guides a direction, leaving the decoration of space and tending to a higher level of spiritual enjoyment. The reduced and simple attitude conveyed by the house lies in the underlying logic of color, material and lighting. The design language of sitting room space and form, simple and clean, the element of interior decoration is rational and restrained. Sofa setting wall uses grille wood veneer to add a lukewarm feeling for sitting room environment, delicate and downy lamplight makes space sweet romantic do not break tension.
