本案是北京中征律师事务所的办公新址，位于北京丰台区的丽泽SOHO，该建筑由“解构主义建筑师”扎哈·哈迪德设计，大胆巧妙的运用空间和几何结构，让“解构主义”在一些随性和流动的建筑中流露出贴近自然的浪漫品味。因此在空间设计中我们试图还原解构主义建筑的原意，去尊重、感受扎哈·哈迪德建筑的质感。 在考虑到律师的办公性质的基础之上，把人与科技、人与环境的构想紧密地结合，提出了本案的设计理念——还原解构主义建筑观，重塑未来办公新形态。 将企业的品牌内涵融入日常办公的同时赋予了视觉上的自然链接，以此满足业主对空间的精神诉求。 除此之外，通过优化室内功能布局及其采光通风问题，打造更健康、舒适的办公场所，达到功能上的极致体验。 汇聚人才，畅想未来，开启对自我和世界的无限探索。 设计师延续建筑氛围，设计细部以弧线为主同时保留原有建筑的质感，创造在钢铁丛林中漫步的体验，朴素的水泥墙与金属门呼应，连同侧面半透明的磨砂玻璃，用半围合的空间表达未来的不确定性，时刻充满着机遇与挑战。 理性和自然是新办公室的关键词，材料质朴、手法节制、色彩淡雅、绿植丰饶，细节考究、空间与团队在气质和风格上融为一体。
This case is the new office site of Beijing Zhongzheng Law Firm, located in Lize SOHO, Fengtai District, Beijing. The building was designed by "deconstructionist architect" Zaha Hadid. The bold and ingenious use of space and geometric structure allows "deconstructionism" to reveal a romantic taste close to nature in casual and flowing buildings. Therefore, in the space design, we tried to restore the original intention of deconstructionist architecture, to respect and feel the texture of Zaha Hadid's architecture. On the basis of considering the nature of the lawyer's office working, the close combination of people, technology and the environment, the design concept is put forward - restoring the deconstructionist architectural concept and reshaping the new form of future office. The brand connotation of the enterprise is integrated into the daily office work, and the visual natural link is given to meet the spiritual demands of the owner for the space. In addition, by optimizing the indoor functional layout and its lighting and ventilation issues, a healthier and more comfortable office space is created to achieve the ultimate functional experience. Talent Gathering, Future Imagination, and Infinite Exploration of Self and the World The designer continues the architectural atmosphere, and the design details are mainly arcs while retaining the texture of the original building, creating the experience of walking in the steel jungle. The simple cement wall echoes the metal door, together with the translucent frosted glass on the side, with a semi-circle integrated space to express the uncertainty of the future, which is always full of opportunities and challenges. Rationality and nature are the key words of the new office. The materials are simple, the techniques are restrained, the colors are light, the green plants are abundant, the details are exquisite, and the space and the team are integrated in temperament and style.
