The project is located in Jianguomen, Beijing, which is in the middle of the bustling city with expensive cost. It enjoys the convenience of core area and rich natural environment. As a golden division point of the capital's culture and economy, it got it own unique resources which cannot be copied —— CBD business district.The story revolves around a couple. Both of them are overseas returnees. The mistress of the house is fond of Western elements, thus we design a “mall-like”closet room for her collections. The man of the house likes a simple style of house and also he likes making and collecting different kinds of Garage Kits so that we build a luxurious and technological space for him. This 460-square-meter house shares their happiness to us.
