经过和甲方多地选址和交流，我们预计将新店位置定在有着“江南名士第一巷”之称的青果巷，现场给到我们印象深刻的是这样一幅画面，于是我们给空间定下了黑白灰的基调。 经过调研报告，数据的详细分析，也更加肯定了我们对此位置的选择，同时也确立了咖啡和服装两种业态。 此项目是一个拥有两层空间的独立建筑，经过和甲方的再三沟通，因一楼人流量较大，于是将咖啡区放置在一楼，作为引流，二楼则做为服装售卖。 在外立面的处理方式上我们选择了克制，不去做过多修饰。但是在门口我们设计了休息区，在这里，客户边晒太阳边喝咖啡，同时让客人之间有了故事发生的可能性。 不同形式的标识提高了MORE I在街区的辨识度。 一楼根据甲方的需求，我们将操作区放置在空间中段，使客人无论从哪个门进入都可直观的看到操作区，由于现场空间对楼梯限制，我们将储藏及楼梯放置于空间后段，客休便被前置。 根据对人流的分析，我们将客休区分为了商务办公区、单人或情侣区及多人沙龙区，同时我们也为不同的客休区设计了对应的家具。 进门那一刹那，低矮的客休区，微高的操作区台以及被遮挡的储藏区形成了空间中由低到高的三个层次。 黑色的木饰面，白色的肌理漆贯穿整个空间，回应着粉墙黛瓦的建筑群。 黑色“十”字的构成既包裹了原建筑的水管，又形成了一个办私秘的空间，你可以拿一杯咖啡在这里办公，工作片刻也可以抬头看看熙熙攘攘的人群。 超长吧台的设定承载了点单、手冲、意式、特调的四大功能，墙面的周边产品也是广受好评。 刻意抬高的多人区，丰富了空间层次的同时，也为后期沙龙活动的举办提供了可能。 来到二楼服装区，我们将收银台放置在了三个出入口最中间的位置，同时试衣间设立在空间的中段位置，减少客人多余的走动。在确定了所有功能分区后，我们运用自由动线来进行串联。 阳光透过窗帘洒向室内，既照亮了空间，又让空间具有了灵动性。 二楼的空间上，我们尽量保留了原有结构，延续了一楼黑白灰的基调的同时，最大程度的保证了空间通透性。 由低到高的摆台满足了陈列需求，也丰富了空间层次。来回走动的客户也可以随意挑选符合自己的配饰。 我们伴随着MORE I 一同成长，我们的故事还将延续。
After multiple site selection and communication with Party A, we expected to locate the new store in Qingguo Lane, which is known as "the first lane of celebrities in the south of the Yangtze River". What impressed us at the scene was such a picture, so we set the tone of black and white for the space. After the research report and detailed analysis of the data, we have confirmed our choice of this location, and also established two types of business: coffee and clothing. This project is an independent building with two floors of space. After repeated communication with Party A, due to the large flow of people on the first floor, the coffee area is placed on the first floor as a drainage area, and the second floor is used for clothing sales. In the way of dealing with the facade, we have chosen to refrain from too much decoration. But at the door, we designed a rest area, where customers drink coffee while basking in the sun, and at the same time make it possible for customers to have stories. Different forms of signs improve the recognition of MORE I in the block. On the first floor, according to the needs of Party A, we put the operation area in the middle of the space, so that the guests can see the operation area intuitively no matter which door they enter. Because the site space is limited by the stairs, we put the storage and stairs in the back of the space, and the guest rest will be put in front. According to the analysis of the flow of people, we divided the guest rest into business office area, single or couple area and multi-person salon area. At the same time, we also designed corresponding furniture for different guest rest areas. At the moment of entering the door, the low guest lounge, the slightly high operating area and the sheltered storage area form three levels of space from low to high. The black wood veneer and white texture paint run through the whole space, responding to the architectural complex of white walls and black tiles. The composition of the black "ten" not only covers the water pipes of the original building, but also forms a private space. You can take a cup of coffee to work here, and you can also look up at the bustling crowd after working for a moment. The setting of the super-long bar carries the four functions of ordering, hand washing, Italian style and special adjustment, and the surrounding products of the wall are also widely praised. The purposely elevated multi-person area enriches the space level and also provides the possibility for the later salon activities. When we came to the clothing area on the second floor, we placed the cash register in the middle of the three entrances and exits, and the fitting room was set in the middle of the space to reduce the unnecessary movement of guests. After determining all the functional zones, we use the free moving line to connect in series. The sun shines into the room through the curtain, which not only illuminates the space, but also makes the space flexible. In the space of the second floor, we try to keep the original structure, maintain the tone of black and white and gray on the first floor, and at the same time, ensure the space permeability to the greatest extent. The low to high setting table meets the display needs and also enriches the space level. Customers who walk around can also choose their own accessories at will. We grow up with MORE I, and our story will continue.
