该项目位于上海市普陀区，一栋高层建筑的低楼层，建筑面积为180平。业主是一对85后的年轻夫妻，还有一个刚出生的宝宝。在后续与业主的沟通中能感受到两人对自由的向往，再加上女业主本身的气质也给人一中清风拂面的感觉，于是“海岛度假风“的基调便定了下来。在设计元素的选择上，我们用蓝色波浪板、坡形吊顶、清透的玻璃墙、藤编椅、原木长凳等，打造了这个让人温润恬静、耳目一新的家，宅家即度假。 户型改造方面，我们最大化的呈现了原始户型的优势，同时规避了户型本身的劣势：如超大弧形阳台的利用，我们用整面弧形窗，呈现出最好的窗景效果；将封闭式厨房打开，将中厨、西厨以及餐厅作为整体空间设计，使得视线更加开阔； 利用超长走廊作为充足的储物空间，同时梳理了动线；优化卧室和卫生间布局，合理利用每一个空间。材料方面选用了玻璃砖、微水泥、实木及原木饰面等自然元素，一抹蓝色波浪板让空间显得更加灵动和清新。
The project is located in Putuo District, Shanghai, on the lower floor of a high-rise building with a floor area of 180 square feet. The owners are a young couple after 85 and a new born baby. In the follow-up communication with the owners, we could feel their desire for freedom, and the female owner's temperament also gave people a feeling of breeze, so the tone of "island resort style" was set. In terms of design elements, we used blue wave panels, sloping ceiling, clear glass walls, rattan chairs and log benches to create this warm and tranquil home, allowing the owner feel like they are on vacation at home. In terms of house type renovation, we maximize the advantages of the original house type, while avoiding the disadvantages of the house type itself: for example, the use of a large curved balcony, we use the whole curved window to present the best window effect; open the closed kitchen, the Chinese kitchen, western kitchen and dining room as a whole space design, making the view more open; use the long corridor as sufficient storage space, and at the same time sort out the dynamic line. Optimize the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms to use every space rationally. The materials used are glass tiles, micro cement, solid wood and original wood veneer and other natural elements, and a splash of blue wave board makes the space look more dynamic and fresh.
