该项目为四室一厅一厨两卫户型，南北通透。原始户型没有专门的玄关空间，方案通过隔断墙的形式隔出玄关空间，围绕隔断墙形成洄游动线连接各个空间，并在隔断墙背面设立餐厅区域，配合卡座及柜体满足餐厅区域的收纳功能。客厅及主卧位于公区采光较好的南侧，客厅虽采用传统布局但不再以电视为空间核心，而是营造一部分能够让人们彼此更好交互的核心公区空间。主卧内重新优化了主卫的布局，采用三分离设计，以保证使用的舒适度。客厅西侧的次卧目前作为多功能休息室，采光充足，未来计划作为老人房使用。书房与厨房空间都设置在西侧，厨房利用玻璃推拉门及推拉窗来实现半开放式设计，以保证烹饪时阻隔油烟。客卫在满足基本卫浴需求的同时，将洗衣机烘干机放置于此。
The project is a four-room, one-room, one-kitchen, two-bathroom house type with north-south ventilation.
