项目背景： 项目盘踞于南宁市五象新区，整层为办公使用空间，四面景观通透，视野极佳。作为一家水利环保项目投资、建设及运营的企业，我们运用“水”流动、可塑、充满生命力的特征，将环形流线贯穿全局，各功能分区按照需求错峰叠加，并将每个模块按需求配合添置艺术构件，适配其“流畅多元”的办公特质。 设计理念： 在设计实施过程中，我们着力于洞悉企业的商业定位，结合企业自身运营发展诉求及员工性格特点，精准定义每家企业的空间特色；并在衡量成本接受的基础上，帮助企业从根源上挖掘日常办公的潜在需求，以实用性为出发点，逐步放大艺术对办公空间的潜在价值。 项目特点： 线的曲直、物的虚实，接待台涓涓细流的造型饱含水流之形，似静似动，温柔而自由。夹层暗藏灯带的效果，更为精神领域带来延伸与舒适。直线的行为准则是流动空间的设计量尺，柔和的曲线审美，在流动空间下表现得异常契合。设计师在单一体块上附加多种几何形体，加法和减法并行，保持主次关系的同时也突出了形象与表现力，让体块有着更灵活的组合感。
Project background: The project is located in the city of Nanning, Wuxiang New District. The entire floor is office utilization space, with all-round clear landscape, and excellent view.For the client, a company that deals with water conservancy, eco-friendly project investment, development, and management, we applied water’s flowing, malleable, energetic characteristics. Looped streamlines flow throughout the entire space, while different functional areas stagger according to the client’s needs, each module is equipped with artistic components accordingly, all corresponding with the “Fluent and Diverse” office motto. Design concept： In the design-realization process, we focus on insight of a company’s business market placing, combining it with managing and developing goals as well as employee personalities, to precisely define each company’s unique spatial characteristics. We also evaluate cost on an acceptable basis, to help companies discover office routine’s potential needs, taking practicality as foundation, to gradually magnify art’s potential value towards office space. Project characteristics: With weaving outlines and mirage-like physical effect, the reception takes the resemblance of water streams, seemingly neither stationary nor moving in a soft and free way. Hidden lighting in the interlayered wall expands the boundary of mental comfort.Straight lines are spatial design foundational measure, together with soft curve lines aesthetics, the two interact extremely well in the flowing space.The designer used various geometrical shapes within a single area, so that addition and subtraction go hand in hand, maintaining order of importance while also emphasizing expressive images, giving the area a more flexible sense of combinations.
