这套房子位于浙江，是一座联排别墅，房子东面与隔壁相靠，南面是入户庭院，西面与北面为花园。业主是一位富有实验精神的企业主兼设计师，乐于探讨居住空间的趣味性与颠覆感，委托我们打造一个简洁舒适的家。原始建筑整体光照不足，内部结构闭塞，因此，重新梳理空间关系，引入阳光与新鲜空气是设计的出发点。整个空间采用当代设计手法，以质朴的天然材料作为设计语言，同时最大程度关注光、空间感，在结构上进行重塑编排。 为了疏通闭塞的原始结构，在房屋的东西中轴，我们在西面大胆地嵌入了连贯三层的中空，为室内引入了足量的光线；在房子东面则以折纸般的一体化楼梯构件，串联起上下动线，使之成为灵动的巨型空间雕塑，这里也成为整个房子的枢纽。我们定制了一体化家具，且极为克制地将收藏的艺术品做恰如其分的展现，它们被放置在精心考量过的地方。全部家具与艺术品与建筑结合在一起，成为有机的整体。在这里，业主收获了平静自在的生活，探寻简洁与宁静的力量。
Located in Zhejiang, this is a townhouse with the next door to the east, an entry courtyard to the south, and gardens to the west and north. The owner is an experimental entrepreneur and designer who has great interest in exploring the fun and subversive aspects of living space, and he commissioned us to create a simple and comfortable home. The original building was lack of sufficient sunlight and the interior structure was closed off, thus, reorganizing the spatial relationships to bring in sunlight and fresh air was the starting point for the design. The entire space adopts a contemporary design method, using rustic natural materials as the design language, while paying great attention to light, sense of space, and structural reinvention and choreography. In order to unclog the closed original structure, in the east-west axis of the house, we embedded a three-story hollow on the west side, which brings in enough sunlight to the interior; and on the east side, we used an origami-like integrated staircase to connect the up and down traffic flow, making it a dynamic giant spatial sculpture, which also becomes the hub of the whole house. We customized the integrated furniture, and with great restraint, the collection of artworks is appropriately presented and placed in carefully considered locations. All of the furniture and artwork are combined into the architecture as an organic whole. Here, the homeowner has gained a sense of calm and freedom, exploring the power of simplicity and serenity.
