项目位于深圳香蜜豪宅聚集的人居高地，欲打造一所为新贵精英量身定制的恒久优雅，具有国际视野的典藏之邸。设计团队以东方文化为价值内核，依托当代的设计手法，延续Armani品牌的设计理念，将永恒优雅、优质工艺、精致奢华为核心传递，营造这个充满现代感的东方人居 · 美学空间。 设计以琴、棋、书、画、诗、酒、花、茶，古典八雅为叙事蓝本，将入户处作为序厅，打破传统居住空间的布局，提升生活仪式感。硬装融合清水玉、黄花冰玉、白雪公主石、白玉石等石材，与Armani Casa墙布，形成刚与柔的完美均衡。 设计回归理念原点，「比例之外，没有美学；生活之外，没有设计。」透过材质、比例、细节、工艺的精准把控，与对当代精英生活方式的敏锐洞察，将现代高端住宅，写入自然之序的美景。
The project is situated in the affluent residential area of Xiangmi Lake in Shenzhen, aiming to create a residence tailored for the newly wealthy elite with enduring elegance and an international perspective. The design team, rooted in Oriental culture as its core value, leverages contemporary design techniques to uphold the design philosophy of the Armani brand. It aims to convey eternal elegance, superior craftsmanship, and exquisite luxury as its core elements, thus creating a living space with modern Oriental aesthetics. The design draws inspiration from the classical Eight Arts of Chinese zither, Chinese chess, calligraphy, painting, poetry, wine, flowers, and tea, using them as a narrative framework. It uses the entrance as a foyer, breaking the traditional layout of residential spaces to enhance the sense of ceremonial life. The interior design integrates materials such as greenish marble, yellowish marble, snow white marble, and white jade marble, along with Armani Casa wall coverings, achieving a perfect balance between strength and softness. The FF&Es are selected from brands such as Armani Casa, Venini, Henge, Flos, and Custom, among others, not to blindly fill with luxury, but to blend Western fashion into Oriental Zen, creating the “sparse shadows,” “clear skies,” “golden-hued green mountains,” and “clear scenery of the world,” the four scenic beauties of the Orient. Together with the architectural elements, they interpret the lifestyle of “Zen and Art.” The design manifests the essence of its philosophy, stating that “without proportion, there is no aesthetics; without life, there is no design.” Through precise control of materials, proportions, details, and craftsmanship, coupled with acute insights into contemporary elite lifestyles, it integrates the picturesque beauty of nature into modern high-end residences.
