项目坐落于别墅区内，独栋建筑立于街角，面朝湖景。吕锦成把光与自然作为设计的主角，融入对生活美学方式的理解，演绎生活的“多义性”，打破咖啡、画廊、图书馆、花艺、办公的空间边界和秩序，塑造了一种新颖的、多元化的生活集合空间形态。 团队从当代出发，对原建筑进行提炼和重构，筑就简约的外观。通过行进动线造景，蜿蜒紫薇树成为入口一景。充分挖掘建筑场地优势，以格栅砖墙引入阳光，构成序列光影。观湖露台安置在咖啡厅的更深处。这里连续的拱形门洞，宁静的廊道，赋予空间绵延的穿透感。观湖的冥想空间与艺术空间则安置在三层。 空间场域作为一个整体，是让我们重新与自己对话的地方。在这里，我们得以逃离喧嚣与繁琐，让心灵回归宁静，体验自然与生活的美好，重塑对生活的向往。
The project is situated in a villa area, featuring a single building positioned at a street corner, overlooking the lake. Lv Jincheng emphasizes light and nature as the central elements of the design, incorporating his interpretation of an aesthetic lifestyle. He explores the "polysemy" of life, transcending the spatial boundaries and conventional arrangements of a coffee shop, gallery, library, floral art space, and office, ultimately creating a novel and diverse living environment. The team began with the contemporary era, refining and reconstructing the original building to create a simple yet elegant appearance. The landscape features a winding crape myrtle tree, which serves as a focal point at the entrance. The advantages of the building site are fully utilized, with a grille brick wall designed to introduce sunlight, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. The lake-viewing terrace is situated deeper within the café, while the continuous arched doorways and tranquil corridors provide a sense of seamless flow throughout the space. On the third floor, there are dedicated meditation and art spaces that offer views of the lake. The space as a whole serves as a sanctuary for us to reconnect with ourselves. Here, we can escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, restore our minds to a state of tranquility, appreciate the beauty of nature and existence, and rekindle our passion for life.
