COMMON ZHANG店铺位于广州市荔湾区的ARAapM商场内，综合场地优势和劣势，线索有三：1.场地中央的巨型柱子；2.内部空间极高；3.场地处于一个视觉焦点，正对着商场的两个入口。受到Peter Zumthor的启发和综合线索后，我们决定在其中创造一个有“流动空间”的小型建筑。我们把三边敞开的场地夯实地包裹了起来形成形体简单的“建筑物”，把中央巨型柱子变成了建筑物中的“核心筒”，围绕“核心筒”我们又创造了一条有节奏的“流动路径”。不管你从商场的哪个入口进来，都会被独特的夯实建筑和两侧的神秘入口所吸引进入。进入空间后，你会被无形地引导着穿过一个平台，接着到明亮的展示橱窗，最后再折回到服装售卖区并从侧出口离开。至此完成了一次平和又充满惊喜的旅程。 材料上，我们用了传统工艺的水洗石和天然石材logo，还有中国传统工艺烧制的京砖，都是可降解的材料。 COMMON ZHANG的室内设计，颠覆了传统服装批发市场的店铺在大众心中的形象，即其应该是陈旧的，空间内堆满货物的，杂乱无章的感觉。最终店铺呈现的感觉既有精品店的高级神秘，又很想让人进去一探究竟，逛起来有趣又轻松。既没有追随当下的流行趋势，又一定程度上与别的商铺区隔开来。
The COMMON ZHANG store is located in the ARAapM shopping mall in Liwan District, Guangzhou. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the site, there are three clues: 1. The giant pillar in the center of the site; 2. The internal space is extremely high; 3. The site is in a visual focus, facing the two entrances of the mall. “The meander, as we call it, is a designed negative space between the blocks, a space that connects everything as it flows throughout the entire building, creating a peacefully pulsating rhythm. Moving around this space means making discoveries. " Peter Zumthor. We wrapped the site to form a simple "building", turning the giant pillar into the "core tube", and created a rhythmic "meander" around it. No matter which entrance you come in from the mall, you will be attracted by the unique building and mysterious entrances on both sides. After entering the store, you will be guided invisibly through a platform, then to the bright display window, and finally, fold back to the clothing sales area and leave through the side exit. As far as possible, natural and original materials are used in the site, such as traditionally exposed aggregate concrete, natural stone logo, and Jing bricks fired by traditional Chinese technology, which are all biodegradable materials. The interior design of COMMON ZHANG has overturned the stereotype of the stores in the traditional clothing wholesale market, that is, they should be outdated, congested, and disordered. The feeling presented by this store has the high-level mystery of a boutique, made people willing to go in and find out, but it is fun and relaxing to stroll around. It didn't follow the current fashion trends and is separated from other shops to a certain extent.
