这里不是城市新建设的住宅，但正是这样的位置，它得以守着城市中心的绿地，闹中取静，难得的大隐于市，在21层向外望去是香蜜体育公园的满园生态绿意。 在180平米的空间中，常居人口为刘建辉夫妇与两个儿子，非常居人口为家中长辈与家政阿姨，以客餐厅为中轴，左侧为刘建辉与妻子的主卧套房与一个开放的地台间，右侧两个卧房为长辈和家政空间。开放的地台的设计源于刘建辉对两个孩子相互陪伴一生的寄托，年纪相差不多的男孩们在童年待在一块打打闹闹，自始至终是彼此最好的玩伴，空间萌发着往后余生的兄弟情谊；陪伴是给孩子最好的爱，在孩子还小的当下，地台作为一家人的“大通铺”使用，设计师在工作忙碌也希望与孩子有更多相处的时间。对于设计师而言，家是与一家人围在一起吃饭，也可以是一家人一起玩耍一起睡觉。 项目完成日期2020年6月
This is not a newly constructed residence in the city, but it is precisely in such a location that it guards a green space in the center of the city, and gets quietness among noisy area. That is truly a hermit hidden in the city. Standing on the 21st floor, all coming into eyes are the green natural scenery of the Honey Sports Park. In a space of 180 square meters(1937 sq. ft), the resident people are Liu Jianhui couple and their two sons, the non-resident people are the elders and housekeeper. Living room and dining room are in the central axis. On the left is the master bedroom suite of Liu Jianhui and his wife and an open platform. The two bedrooms on the right are for the elders and housekeeper. The design of the open platform originated from Liu Jianhui’s sustenance of two children to accompany each other for a lifetime. Boys of the same age stayed together in childhood and played together. They were each other’s best playmates from beginning to the end. The brotherhood and companionship are the best love for children. When the children are young, the platform is used as a “big playground” for the family. The designer is busy at work and hopes to have more time with the children. For designers, home can be easily as place to have meals together or play and sleep together.
