项目位于厦门市海沧区马銮湾内湾，与厦门一中（海沧校区）仅一路之隔，揽3大地铁站、马銮湾医院等1公里黄金鼎配，地理位置优越。设计灵感来源于元代杨叔谦的画作《荷亭消暑图》，画中古人在亭间惬意的生活方式和心灵感受，以及人与自然的关系，启发了设计师对文澜和著项目“玻璃亭子”的设计思考。“亭子”以四面幕墙的形式围合而成，极为通透，通过营造闲适惬意的空间氛围，打破室内外的空间界限，构建出现代东方美学之境。
The project is located in the inner bay of Maluan Bay, Haicang District, Xiamen City, just one way from Xiamen No.1 Middle School (Haicang Campus) and close to 3 major subway stations, with excellent location. The design is inspired by Yang Shuqian's painting "Lotus Pavilion" in Yuan Dynasty, in which the ancient people's comfortable lifestyle and spiritual feelings in the pavilion, as well as the relationship between human and nature, inspired the designer to think about the design of the "glass pavilion" of Wenlan and the project. The "pavilion" is enclosed by four curtain walls, which is extremely transparent and creates a leisurely and relaxing space atmosphere, breaking the boundary between indoor and outdoor space, and building a modern oriental aesthetic realm.
