“岐山新栖”老洋房位于上海愚园路岐山村，属于历史保护建筑住区，曾有钱学森、施蛰存等名人在此居住，历史气息浓厚。 项目为一栋三层新式里弄住宅的整体改造，设计保留了建筑原有的木梁和地板，并在原结构体系上又叠加了混凝土框架结构，形成了“楼中楼”的嵌套结构体系，新与旧穿越时空的阻隔，在空间内展开充分的对话。 设计也成功地将进入二层的私密流线和进入一层客厅的公共流线分开，使得一层的客厅区域可以开放并且连接到外部空间，将“家”这个私密空间里最公共的部分的公共性放大，营造出一个城市客厅，容纳丰富多元的小型公共活动，使其产生无限的场景可能性。
The Qishan House is located in Qishan Village on Yuyuan Road in Shanghai, a historically protected residential area where famous people such as Qian Xuesen and Shi Jicun once lived. The project is an overall renovation of a three-story new-style lane house. The design preserves the original wooden beams and flooring of the building, and superimposes a concrete frame structure on the original structural system, forming a nested structural system of "building within a building", where the new and the old pass through the barrier of time and space and open a full dialogue in the space. The design also successfully separates the private flow into the second floor from the public flow into the living room on the first floor, allowing the living room area on the first floor to be open and connected to the outside space, amplifying the public nature of the most public part of the private space of "home" and creating an urban living room that accommodates a rich diversity of small public activities, allowing it to generate The possibilities for scenes are endless.
