这是位于北京顺义的涉外公寓，除钢结构隔层和室内少量立柱外，大部分牆体为轻钢龙骨隔牆.原户型为两室两卫，布局局促且南侧采光欠佳.我們重整空間比例與尺度，大量引入自然光線.同時 ，在全屋大地色水泥材質的基礎上，以厚重的石材和深色的塗料强化肌理，在平和空間氛圍上創造出更多的莊重感和儀式感. 連接頂底的斜向鋼架經過櫃體排列結構的分割，被重新賦予了新的功能和面貌.和廊道對立的牆體邊緣弧面處理後，消減了空間視覺尖銳感. 大地色的水泥材質讓門扇與空間形成整體.客廳的設計嘗試跳脱了常規布局，雙排座的Ligne Roset沙發在空間中形成了兩種對話的可能.與過道同一軸線的餐廳中島與客廳對望，增加了空間之間的互動.
