项目是一处建于七十年代的砖混房屋，木制坡顶结构，属于南京民国历史保护区的非保护区住宅，伴随着城市的更迭，正在等待着新主人的到来。作为一个拥有50余年历史的“学区房”，是叁叁妈妈、毛毛爸爸，和玖玖宝贝的新家，属于一块“叁毛玖”一家人的新篇章即将开始。 设计师将空间的原始痕迹一点点的剥离，还原最本真的状态，尊重建筑，保留肌理，通过“弱设计化”提升空间氛围感，作为“叁毛玖”迎接美好生活的重要媒介，设计的重点是关注人与空间的生活关系，尊重三口之家的彼此需求，建构舒适的住宅环境，强调空间的融合与独立。
The project is a brick and concrete house built in the 1970s with wooden sloping roof structure. It belongs to the non-reserve residence of Nanjing Historical Reserve in the Republic of China. With the change of the city, it is waiting for the arrival of a new owner. As A "SCHOOL DISTRICT HOUSE" WITH a history of more than 50 years.
