艺术工作者姜三十与小匣子的新家便是这样一栋位于杭州富阳，背靠午潮山国家森林公园的两层住宅。设计师袁杰依据屋主的生活习惯，将一层划定为会客学习、分享交流的空间，二层则作为个人创作与休憩的私人空间。由此，在风格设定上做出相应区分 —— 一层更注重空间的通透性和互动性，二层更注重私密性和独立性。墙面大面积留白，只用细腻的手刮漆衬托氛围，与地面的素色砖自然衔接。用以装饰裸露房梁的老木头均来自屋主的收藏，这些经年累月的木材在无数遍海水冲刷后留下不可复制的纹路与光泽，也为之后与软装元素的呼应埋下伏笔。房屋原本的下沉空间成为屋主会客、喝茶聊天的茶室，下沉的结构增加了空间的层次感，也为茗茶者制造出微妙的疏离氛围。书房紧邻的空间，陈列着男主人近十年来收藏的宋代建窑黑釉茶碗，业主的朋友和相关爱好者可以在此一起分享品鉴。这些陆续入手的老物件被袁杰悉心地融入空间设计的每一个环节，在美学功能之外，也为空间注入了特别的情绪。一二层空间的过渡由硬朗悬浮造型的楼梯，搭配被老船木完成。楼梯转角处装饰着炭化处理的树根与当季的松枝。 二层空间包含两间卧室 —— 主卧和父母房兼客房，一间女主人的手工室和男主人的画室，以及其他功能空间。因为要同时兼顾休憩的私密性、温馨氛围与创作空间的明亮和纯净，整体风格相对轻快闲适一些。整面的白墙给予了艺术品、装饰画等足够纯净的底色，采光效果也因此更加明亮通透。整体空间在材料的选择上都尽量纯粹，以青砖、老木头、手刮漆、钢板等为主，家具也大部分为纯木质，或是收藏的老家具。屋外院子里随意摆放着几块老青砖，角落里种植了一棵业主喜欢的树种，室内外自然相融，在四季流转中记录着一屋两人三餐四季的时光。
The new home of artist Jiang 30 and Little Box is a two-story house in Fuyang District, Hangzhou, backed by Wuchaoshan National Forest Park.Based on the living habits of the owners, designer Yuan Jie divided the first floor into a space for visitors to learn and share, while the second floor serves as a private space for personal creation and recreation.Accordingly, a corresponding distinction is made in the setting of the style-the first layer pays more attention to the permeability and interaction of the space, the second layer pays more attention to the privacy and independence. The metope large area stays white, only uses the delicate hand to scratch the paint to set off the atmosphere, with the ground plain color brick natural connection. The old wood used to decorate the exposed beams came from the owner's collection. These timbers have been washed by the sea for many years, leaving behind an unrepeatable texture and luster, and laying the foundation for the subsequent echo of the soft-fitting elements.The original sinking space of the house became a teahouse for house owners to meet guests and chat with tea drinkers. The sinking structure added a sense of hierarchy to the space and created a subtle estrangement atmosphere for tea drinkers. The study next to the space, displaying the master's collection of nearly 10 years of the Song dynasty jian kiln black-glazed tea bowls, the owner's friends and related lovers can share the taste here. These old objects have been carefully integrated into every aspect of the space design by Yuan Jie, in addition to aesthetic functions, but also for the space into a special mood.The transition of the first and second floors is made by the stair of hard suspension, which is matched by the old ship wood. The stair corners are decorated with charred roots and seasonal pine branches.The second floor contains two bedrooms-the master bedroom and the parents' and guest rooms, a handmade room for the hostess and a studio for the master, as well as other functional spaces. The indoor and outdoor areas naturally blended, recording the time of three meals and four seasons for two people in a house during the four seasons.
