建筑由旧到新的转换,并不仅仅是外观上的改变。新与旧的搭配才是其中最大的挑战。设计师接手项目时,原本的建筑主体已年久失修,柱子和梁已被腐蚀,存在极大安全隐患。于是,团队从施工效率和整体效果的角度考量,更换梁柱,但又保留了建筑主题框架,同时使用钢结构的建筑方式来提高交付效率。 昨天的昨天,只不过是序章的序章--新海诚 设计之中,我们希望存纳原有的建筑结构,同时抛出新的命题,赋予空间以新的生命力,使其在陈旧的历史中被捕获,从而发掘出其潜在的建筑价值。 新的建筑在旧脉络中破芽而出,它是文脉的积续,也是精神的延展。旧与新以其独有的秩序彰显历久弥新的岁月记忆。 另一空间主体是由三四十年历史的砖结构建筑合成,设计团队仅对其做外观的修缮,以局部的变化营造整体的意境。落日西垂,金色阳光洒于砖石之上,粼粼如波影浮动。存于隐匿之地,看似原生的状态,实为巧妙的打造,自然与人工的拼接,并未突兀的各侍一方,而是呈现完美的融合状态。 雕梁画栋,飞檐拱脊。中式建筑旷达的意境收敛到方寸的屏扇,却不显的拘束,反而给予空间更多的可能性。光影的畸变,古今的更迭,新式的建筑经由设计师的雕琢,呈现出古色古香的中古风情。 设计的复杂之处在于空间动线的划分,工作人员与不同客户的动线,不同时间段的动线,都要进行合理的切换。于是, 场景的变动以移步换景的效果悄然完成,利落的设计手法,清晰的处理方式,让建筑在内部实现不同功能的嵌入。 目光向上攀登的过程,也是茶香回甘的时刻。空间被线条拆解,纵横的平面划出细致的分区,它以空间包裹味觉,在层层递进的情感联系中,达到内心与建筑的共鸣。 透明也是一种遮蔽,就连太阳,也几乎成为一道阴影--阿多尼斯 围合坐椅拢起一室昏黄,它与自然的光线旗鼓相当,在空间中压缩、融合,衍生出明与暗的边界。亦明亦暗的空间关系,侧面映照人物心境的放松,刻意充盈的建筑画面,让对话场景更为融洽。 榻榻米设计增加了日式建筑的元素,将空间与美食完美结合,营造出日料舒适惬意的就餐氛围。 历史总是以千变万化的姿态在世物中留下印痕,仰观宇宙之大,俯察品类之盛,我们善于洞察遥远未来的细枝末节,却很难回望陈朽之物的波涛起伏。当我们将目光驻足于古老的建筑,或许正是灵感的开端……
The transformation of buildings from old to new is not just a change in appearance. The biggest challenge is the combination of new and old. When the designer took over the project, the original building body had been in disrepair for a long time, and the columns and beams had been corroded, posing great safety hazards. So, from the perspective of construction efficiency and overall effect, the team replaced beams and columns while retaining the architectural theme framework, while using a steel structure construction method to improve delivery efficiency. Yesterday was just a prelude to the preface - Shin Haicheng In the design, we hope to preserve the original architectural structure while throwing out new propositions to give space new vitality, so that it can be captured in outdated history and discover its potential architectural value. New buildings sprout from the old context, which is the continuation of the cultural context and the extension of the spirit. The old and the new, with their unique order, showcase the memories of the past and the new. The other space is composed of a brick structure with a history of thirty to forty years, and the design team only repairs its exterior to create an overall artistic conception through local changes. The sunset sets in the west, and golden sunlight shines on the bricks and stones, shimmering like waves and shadows floating. Stored in a hidden place, the seemingly primitive state is actually cleverly crafted, combining nature and artificial elements, without abruptly serving each other, but presenting a perfect fusion state. Carved beams and painted rafters, cornice arch ridge. The spacious atmosphere of Chinese architecture converges to the square screen fan, but it does not show any restraint, but instead gives more possibilities to the space. The distortion of light and shadow, the alternation of ancient and modern times, and the carving of modern architecture by designers present an antique and medieval style. The complexity of design lies in the division of spatial movement lines, and the reasonable switching of movement lines between staff and different clients, as well as different time periods. So, the changes in the scene were quietly completed with the effect of changing scenery step by step. The neat design techniques and clear processing methods allowed the building to achieve different functional embeddings internally. The process of climbing with upward gaze is also a moment of tea fragrance returning to sweetness. The space is broken down by lines, and the vertical and horizontal planes delineate detailed zones. It envelops the sense of taste with space, achieving resonance between the heart and the building through layers of progressive emotional connections. Transparency is also a form of shading, even the sun almost becomes a shadow - Adonis The enclosed chairs form a dim yellow room, which is in line with natural light and compresses and blends in space, creating a boundary between light and darkness. The clear and dark spatial relationship, the relaxation of the character's mood reflected on the side, and the deliberately filled architectural scenes make the dialogue scene more harmonious. The tatami design adds elements of Japanese architecture, perfectly combining space with cuisine, creating a comfortable and comfortable dining atmosphere with Japanese cuisine. History always leaves a mark in the ever-changing world, looking up at the vastness of the universe and the prosperity of categories. We are good at insight into the details of the distant future, but it is difficult to look back at the ups and downs of decaying things.
