The owners of this project, a couple, have a deep appreciation for French style. They desired a higher quality of life and wanted to create a better living space for their two children. Château Peninsula is a community of French-style townhouse villas, so our goal was to refine and reorganize the interior to showcase a completely new charm. The total area of this project is 700m2. The focus on the ground floor and basement was to create social and family entertainment spaces. The dining area on the ground floor breaks down spatial boundaries, connecting indoor and outdoor landscapes. We used architectural landscaping, extensive floor-to-ceiling glass to introduce abundant natural light, and framed picturesque views, making it a highlight of the entire space. The delicate mosaic flooring and ceiling medallions in the Chinese dining area create a sense of enclosure in this open private dining space. Piano lacquer cabinets combined with concealed range hoods and stovetops, along with well-designed storage cabinet systems, give the open kitchen a clean and minimalist look. The third floor is dedicated to the master bedroom area. The combination of oil-painted carved wall panels and metallic trim on the bed background elevates the overall ambiance of the space. Excellent natural lighting allows for leisurely reading and wine tasting on the comfortable sofa, making it the perfect place to spend afternoons. The 27m2 master bathroom showcases the owner's taste with its comfortable and stylish expression, aligning with modern sensibilities. The French-style light luxury design creates a unique and exceptional atmosphere, making this home stand out.
